Whitney was very helpful and sweet. Just had a work lunch with my team and she welcomed us the moment we came through, took our order, made recommendations, and the food was done in a timely manner. Great service and the food was so delicious. Definitely recommend checking out this place. The pumpkin soup was sooooo good, and the brisket sandwich just hit the spot!

Came here with my mom on my lunch break at work, customer service was great but I wish they would have let us know in advance that it was a 45 min wait time so that I didn’t waste my lunch break waiting for a 12 dollar sandwich that I couldn’t even eat before going back to work, when I could have gone else where. We were the first ones to order, and watched our food sit at the counter waiting to be finished while employees restocked already full items. I understand the wait if you are super busy or training new employees, but it would have been nice to be kept in the loop about the wait time.

Quality of the sandwiches and friendliness of the staff are never an issue at this location! That said…I ordered and paid for an 8″ sandwich today, but when I got back to my office and opened the wrapper, the sandwich seemed “small”. Out of curiosity, I actually measured the sandwich and found it was just under 6 1/2 inches. Hopefully simply an “honest mistake” and not a “cost cutting measure” being absorbed by unassuming customers.

Everyone always raves how Sourdough & Co is so great. Gave it a try today. The lettuce was old.. red and brown colored on the edges and just tasted old. And the whole sandwich just had an odd taste too. The staff was friendly. But the quality of the food was just not good. Disappointed.

With healthy, simple and delicious options that come at you quick from a friendly staff that appear to enjoy thier work, it’s hard to rate it less. Easy access in the shopping center with plenty of parking. Wouldn’t call this or price this as fast food, but won’t take a star away for price. Seating options in a simple sandwich shop environment are cozy. Best option for food, even with mod pizza near by.

One of our favorite sandwich places! Love the pastrami and turkey combo with toasted bread, melted provolone and house dressing! The only reason that I didn’t give 5 stars: 1) no artificial sweeteners for my tea, only sugar (places that have Stevia are the best!), didn’t even have Splenda I can’t have sugar.. 2) not a lot of personality in the male employee working today, and the last time I was there! However, based on my sandwich alone it would have been 5 stars.

Second time in their thinking the first was a bad day and messed up our entire order which was pretty simple order. wanted to give them a chance to make it up. Im sure that I will not be going in for a third time. because we was in their for more than 30 min with no food waiting and waiting. When we seen other parties getting theirs that came way after we decided to ask about our food. Unfortunately they never even started it! We than decided to get a refund and will never go back

Food is good but everytime ive gone there, i pay extra for things such as avacado, peppers, etc and they dont put all ingredients on the sandwich. I dont notice until im gone because i get to go orders. Today, i chose to eat in and noticed. I had them remake my sandwich and of course no one was there to talk to.
