We doordashed our order from this location, we ordered 1 pastrami, everything on it, on sourdough, 1 caprese, everything on it, on sourdough, and a small order of Mac n cheese. My caprese was OKAY, besides having little to no balsamic on it, and it not being melted as I requested, the pastrami ended up being a roast beef sandwich, and the Mac n cheese was HORRIBLE. You can tell it was sitting for a long time, the cheese was quaggulated, burned orange, and there was not ONE whole macaroni noodle in there, as they seemed to have disintegrated due to sitting for so long. For the price I paid in general for the items + paying doordash to get it delivered, and having this lack of quality food, I am INCREDIBKY disappointed.

I found them from the coupon pack that gets sent out to locals in the area. I love their french dip and smoked brisket sandwiches! Kids eat free any day with a minimum purchase of $30. Their service is subpar but if they don’t get your order correctly they change it immediately which I appreciate. Clean tables and interior, if you love country music this is your place! I wish there were compost bins for food and dirty napkins and such.

I’m so sad that Rancho Cordova finally got a Sourdough and Co and it’s run so poorly. My last six orders have been wrong. My salads are never full here like at all the other locations. And when I called to tell them about my order being wrong, the employee said “we were really busy”.. great well being busy didn’t give them more practice to improve. They still can’t get the orders right. I’m not talking about complicated special orders. It’s as simple as paying for more bread and getting none, or getting a salad delivered and there is no dressing. Why can’t they be like the all the other locations? Or just having common sense like not putting wilted lettuce in a salad.

Shauny and Dyzire made us the most delicious lunch and such amazing customer service. I love coming in when these young ladies are here because they are joyful and give great ideas for the food. And wow, they make the best! My mouth is still watering after I ate even though I’m full because of how yummy it is. Feels like it was made with love. Also I appreciate how clean the atmosphere is. Restrooms are very clean. I love how hot the soup was. I ordered a beef au jus sandwich and it was literally perfect to my tastebuds. Thanks so much! Awesome service and we will be back so soon!

Had a Greek salad, and got a turkey and pastrami sandwich for later. The salad was ok. It sort of did seem like a fast food salad. I enjoyed the sandwich, but it was heavy on the mustard. My boyfriend got the same sandwich and he really enjoyed it. I’m sure we’ll return in the not too distant future.

Very overpriced and they barely put any meat on their sandwiches. Only reason it isn’t a 1 star is cause their sourdough bread is so freaking good lol. But hard to justify the prices with even how good the bread is. Been to this location many times and they always seem to mess up orders sadly.

I went today for lunch and got the Grilled Chicken Ceasar (Large) and I ordered extra bread. Short on time didnt check before I left. Getting back to work my salad looks skimpy. Barely any cheese and maybe 2 oz of chicken. I paid a dollar extra for bread and did not receive it. I’m not sure I will be visiting this location again. I should not have been surprised the order ahead of me was incorrect.
