So disappointing. They took the place of Jimmy John’s here at this location. The sandwich that I had was no where near as good as JJ. Up charge for the basics. Customer service was lacking. Bathroom had a sign on it that it was closed to the public. It is my fault that I drove an hour and a half to get here keep that in mind only to find no Jimmy John’s.

Serving sliced canned black olives in place of kalmata olives (listed on multiple menu items). I took my salad back and asked for kalmata olives – they don’t even know what they are. How is a business so cheap that they’ll lie about the food they serve? And how am I the first to notice this in a review? Unbelievable. Service was fine.

Great food! On a roadtrip and stopped for takeout … Italian Sub and Mac & Cheese were delicious! Clam Chowder was thin but still good … The sour dough bread was so good and fresh out of the oven … The place was spotless and the employees were very nice … I highly recommend

I was in the area around lunchtime and had wanted to try this place so I did. Not too impressed. Very basic sandwiches and the sourdough bread is just okay. Ordered a turkey with jack and a hot pastrami with avovado added for an extra charge. The turkey had no cheese and the pastrami no avocado. It was a takeout order so I wasn’t going to go back for changes once I got the food home. Service was fine. Next time I’ll stick with a local deli rather than a chain shop.

Could not be happier with this recent discovery of Sourdough & Co. I’ve never been before our Santa Rosa location, but let me assure you: this is a great spot for lunch or dinner. Staff is great, extremely helpful and very nice, quality is high and so is the satisfaction.
