Their soup is of the highest of caliber! Their potato soup is super rich, creamy, and filling with a nice touch of cheesy goodness and hint of bacon! Their chicken curry soup is also very choice with just the right amount of satisfying spice, variety of vegetables, perfectly cooked chicken, and simple Asian zing! Add a few slices of fluffy bread to dip in and you got yourself a humble yet perfect lunch! I’m excited to see what their other soups are like!

Insanely good! Came back for seconds the same day. It all starts with the amazing smell when you walk in. You can tell right away this will be a good experience. Tried 3 soups and all were extremely delicious. Solid, rich and fragrant flavors. Best food in Rexburg hands down. The best soups I have tasted in my entire life probably. Then you pair it with freshly baked focaccia and you’re in heaven. Amazingly friendly owner!

I’d give them 10 stars if I could! Lovely little place with the most heavenly soup I have ever tasted! I started with a small soup and ended up taking a quart home I would spend all my money there if I didn’t have to save it for college. It’s seriously worth it. I took my roommate and we had a really nice lunch together.

The owner is super friendly. Bread is fresh and tastes good. Soup is freshly made as well. Soup is served until runs out. Soup is updated everyday on their Facebook page. Prices are reasonable if you get the soup with bread. The focaccia bread is a great choice. Great place for family and dates

We ordered the white bean chili and tomato soup with cheese tortellini, with focaccia and French bread, and it was delicious! The soup came piping hot and had that distinct homemade flavor. The homey interior makes it cozy. We will definitely be back! Also one of the more affordable lunch options for eating out these days.

The place is extremely welcoming and the owner is really friendly and efficient in providing the meals. The food was absolutely amazing. I had the creamy tomato tortellini soup and every bite was absolutely delicious. Plus the homemade bread. Definitely going to go more often.

My husband and I have tried multiple soups from this place and I am astonished every time by how good it is. Every soup is filling and generous with delicious elements like potatoes, bacon, and cheese. The prices are incredibly reasonable, especially in a city where prices are suspiciously high. Soupman has restored my faith in small restaurants and honestly doing something you love. I’ll support this place until my last breath!!
