Soup and Such began in 2006, fulfilling a lifelong dream of owner Antonia Craighill. As she looked around Billings, MT, for healthy dining options, the choices were slim. That is when she decided to pursue her dream opening Billings’ first and only Soup and Salad Bar! She used a combination of old family recipes and newly developed favorites. The result was a winning combination of five everyday soups including Baked Potato Chowder, New England Clam Chowder, Creamy Tomato Basil, Chili and Homestyle Chicken Noodle, as well as two soups that change daily.
Since 2006, Billings residents and visitors have enjoyed the fabulous selection of veggies, fruits, meats, cheeses, pasta salads, potato salad and 13 dressing choices.

Very close to the County Courthouse. The service is very friendly and they answer any questions about allergens. Very fresh, well stocked salad bar with many choices! Multiple soups with a couple rotating so your get new choices frequently and the fresh breadsticks are delicious!

This is a great deal for healthy quality and variety. Staff is very friendly and welcoming and you can construct just about any salad you might imagine, sample a variety of obviously house made soups and compliment your meal with fluffy and hot breadsticks. All you can eat dine in is $9.49. A small military or senior discount is available. My recommendation: compliment the tomato basil soup with parmesan from the salad bar and the pepper blend available on the table.

Very good and fresh. 5 different soups and plenty of fixings on the salad bar. The price is great for all you can eat.

Salad bar makes me feel like I’m at a pizza hut in the 90s. No quality ingredients. Soup is mediocre at best. Only saving grace is that it’s inexpensive.
