The Cedar Hill, Tx location has poor customer service and always out of baked potatoe “fixins”. On more than three times we have visited this location and we’re told that they were out of bacon bits and/or cheese. Last night (04/06/22) we ordered 2 Double Barrel potatoes with all the fixings and chopped beef. The guy who chopped the beef informed me that they were out of bacon bits BUT if the bacon bits were available it would cost us an additional $1.00 for each potatoe!! Ridiculous since they advertise “with all the fixings”.

Had a problem with your Forney Soulman’s. I Called April 15, 2020 around 6-7pm to order two three meat plates. I ordered the first one with no trouble but the second one I was told by the young lady who wouldn’t give me her name that I couldn’t order the same meat three times it had to be different because it was the owner’s rules. I said that it did not say THAT on the online menu so I wanted to talk to the manager. The manager said again the owner doesn’t allow it and if I wanted to talk to the owner he could give me the number. I continued to speak my mind about it and did say this conversation was being recorded and it was false information and I would be contacting the AG of Texas and the corporation, but I would order just the one meat plate and then he the manager HUNG up THE PHONE on me. I called back and it took them awhile to answer it and when they did I asked for the owners number and was told they did not have the owners number and that is when I told them again it is on tape that you said you did and now are lying to me. I DO HAVE THE ENTIRE CONVERSATION ON RECORD if you would like to hear it but I am taking this as far as I can even to court if I do not get satisfaction. I will continue to blast this over face Book and any other social media and give poor reviews until this is made right. I would have gladly paid a little extra for the three sliced beef or even would have taken a sliced beef, chopped, and mixed beef but I do not like the outer meats -very disappointed and very ride to Jan up on a customer which I will be never be again. Been to a number of Soulmans never had this problem before.
