This is a solid stop for authentic Korean food! The soups were the best part – soft tofu seafood soup was good, but the kalbi noodle soup with vegetables was out of this world!! So much depth of flavor in a bowl. The galbi was standard, good flavor and good portions! The only thing I didn’t love was the fried squid and veggies appetizers. It was just okay but mainly because I didn’t care for the batter. The owner and waitress were very nice and it felt like a real family restaurant! Fast service and good food, we will be back!

I really enjoyed this place as my first time here. Amazing halal Korean food , good portion compared to price. I wish it was closer. Friendly staff. I would definitely recommend trying this place. We had the Kalbi and Kganpunggi and were phenomenal. 감사합니다 ☺️

The food was ordered to go and done within 10 min which was a positive. However we did not like the taste of burnt wings which are 8 for $16. The sauce was good. (My opinion) The rice omelet was ok. Fried dumplings ok.. we really wanted some Korean fried chicken but missed on this spot. With a $57 dollar bill I’d take my money elsewhere.

My first time here. Waitress working was very fun, bubbly, and chatty. Surprisingly, myself and the person I went with were the only people there during dinner. But the atmosphere was chill and the food was absolutely fantastic. The portions are pretty big (which is usual if you’ve ever been to a restaurant in Korea), so there were definitely leftovers. If you’re in the area, I recommend this spot!

What a delicious dinner we had here at Soul of Korea! We were in town, traveling from Miami, and stopped in for dinner. My husband grew up in Fort Lee, New Jersey where they have tons of Korean food, and we were able to sample quite a few of the dishes. Everything was absolutely delicious, super flavorful, with just the right amount of spice. I would definitely encourage you trying the spot if you haven’t already!
