Sotto’s menu is prepared by our superb team in the Trattoria Delia kitchen. At Sotto, we offer an extensive list of Italian wines by the glass and bottle, featured inspirations and some Trattoria Delia favorites tucked away and brought out for the evening when the whim just catches you by surprise! Our wines are sourced with a special emphasis on our vintners who practice truly traditional, sustainable, organic and/or biodynamic winemaking.

This restaurant has been a staple for burlington. Their appitizers, entrees and desserts are top of the line. Their drinks are amazing and they have an awesome selection of wine. Enjoy an incredible meal with a refined atmosphere and spectacular service provided by the most endearing and incredible staff. This place is one for the books. I will frequent sottos as often as I can.

This place used to be great. Last two times I have been it’s been sub par. Gave it a chance after 1st bad meal & service but 2nd time around was worst. Old ownership was so much better than current ownership. Never again will I go here. Such a disappointment.

Amazing space with great lighting. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Food was delicious. deep wine list, deep cocktail list, and deep alcohol selection with Vermont and International options. Rented out the space for a party and I could not have been more pleased. Perfect for a group of ~20.

All I can say is we ate here the evening prior to dropping our daughter off for her first year of college. We showed up somber, looking for a food pick me up. Sotto Enoteca “hit it out of the park!” From the marinated artichokes to the homemade pasta, it was all fantastic! Our standards were a bit high, as we just returned from a family trip to Italy. This little gem DID NOT disappoint. We’ll be back!
