One of my go to places for incredible sushi. I always have to get the oysters and salmon over fire. Beautiful display and delicious fresh fish. I don’t think I’ve ever had a single dish at Soto that wasn’t incredible. The staff is always very welcoming and helpful, especially when asked for recommendations. They always know exactly what I will like and always hit the nail on the head.

Superb sushi. This is the best I’ve ever had, and Soto hangs in the top 10 best meals list. Everything is freshly made before you at the countertop. The plating is meticulous, and the flavors are balanced and of the highest quality. You cannot go astray with fatty blue fin samplers, shaved black truffle ‘anything’, and the crispy fried rice. There were 2 of us , and we also had 2 cocktails and two glasses of white wine. The bill was just over $200 before tip. I expected to pay this or more. Advice: order a variety and share and sit and savor. What a pleasure it was. The wait staff was very friendly, informative, and attentive.
