I dreamed that one day I would own my own pizzeria in my own neighborhood, somehow, life dictated that I work for the paycheck to provide for my wife and daughters. But I finally realized that by opening this restaurant in my hometown of Readington, where my wife grew up and now teaches in the public schools, I could do better than provide. I realized that I can include them in my passion that I have held in my heart since sitting at the family table for the first time so many years ago.

Scouting Hunterton County NJ for the Pizza Hunters App and came across this Pizzeria. Above all the Customer Service was above and beyond. Ralph was amazing as the point person at the Pizzeria. The Pizza was Good, but the Servive was amazing. If you are in the area for any Sports games, this is a family owned business that makes you feel right at home. Main Street America style for sure. I will be back to see Ralph again when I am in the area for sure. If you are a Fan of Pesto, they offer a tomato and Pesto slice that is excellent. Not many Pizzerias offer this

Sorella’s Pizza is the BEST! The Sorella’s Signature Arugula Salad Pizza is AMAZING!!! The warm, savory, freshly-baked crust, the fresh arugula and tomatoes, and the creamy goat cheese was topped off with their special dressing! Delicious!
