From the first moment of walking through the door, until you leave the staff is smiling and very courteous. Very nice ambience for dinner. Gave the waitress a choice to pick for dinner. I was served the chicken parmesan and wow did it hit every check mark. I did not have enough room for dessert but will most definitely be back to try my other options and dessert.

Sophia’s was a breath of fresh air! Great atmosphere. Indoor and outdoor seating. Everyone was pleasant and very helpful. Plate presentation was very nice. Upscale feel with very reasonable pricing. The coconut were amazing with the apricot sauce on the side. They are also BYOB, so feel free to bring your own adult beverage.

The food quality was ok, for me. However, I get to eat at fabulous restaurants and have a very high standard. The restaurant is very nice on the inside and is in a great location. The service was slow. I would come back here, but it would never be my favorite, without changes.

Very good service and excellent food selection. Staff are very efficient and friendly. Owner makes it a point to inquire how our experience was. Music on dome evenings when eating outside is a nice touch. BYOB is nice & no corking fee.

I dined in today for dinner, the owner herself waited on us. To say it was awful is an understatement. Walked in and the hostess (the owner too) saw us enter and proceeded to walk away for 5 minutes before seating us. When we ordered she never even bothered to ask about drinks first. The owner never came to check on us and someone else had to get us our checks after waiting for a while. Needless to say I will not be coming back!

We had a great brunch at Sophia’s at Walden. After arriving around 1pm on a Sunday, the restaurant was packed but we only had a 5-10 minute wait without a reservation. We parked on the street, which allows for three hours free parking, after finding this restaurant unexpectedly nestled in the Walden neighborhood in Mechanicsburg, PA.
