The sauced popcorn chicken had barely any sauce on it. We didn’t get any napkins or utensils. The worker was sassy to us when we asked. They told us the drive in spot was closed but while sitting waiting for our food, we heard a car next to us ordering at the drive in spot.

Their nasty in all areas of food services. No customer service etiquette from the manger down to the servers. I asked for a manger upon witnessing a young lady handling monies from a customer ahead of me who then proceeds to make my two ice cream cones I ordered without washing hers hands then her friend/coworker Nikki comes around laughing at my complaint and then she proceeds to touch all over my ice cream cones so I asked for a refund she rudely asked me why? As if she doesn’t know why? The entire staff needs to be fired for improperly handling food and having poor hygiene.

They were rude when i got the wrong soda after ordering a strawberry sprite they gave me a regular. When i asked where the strawberries were they said i didnt pay for them and they need 70 more cents. Not apologizing for incorrectly ringing my order up. When i asked them why ny bbq chicken had barely any bbq sauce and asked for more they handed me a cup that they put bbq sauce in!! Never coming back and i changed my rating

Love the fact that you’re not rushed like in traditional drive-thrus. We were able to take our time and look over the menu. Our food came out hot and delicious, and our server was very sweet and kind. The location is very clean and comfortable. We will definitely return.

It is advertised as opening at 0800. That was not the case. Waited in drive thru for 15 minutes, and there were no employees present in the restaurant. Got tired of waiting, and as I started to leave, two employees walked out of their car as it was parked in one of the dive in spots. Either they were sleeping in their vehicle or smoking out before they started their shift, or who knows what else they do before work. No wonder your only 3.5 stars. I would fire everyone you have working there and get people who actually need a job and will work for their paycheck.

I remember going to Sonic as a kid and working there as a teen. It is now nothing compared to what it was. No car hops, no cruising, and no fun. Thankfully, their signature foods and drinks are almost unchanged. Bring Bach the coolness of Sonic!
