So I was super excited to see this place go up. I had heard about Sonic and I am a huge fan of classic burger spots and have fond memories of car hop type eateries. But oh how disappointing. Service was bored and perfunctory rattling off options with disinterest and irritation that I did not have all the options of beverage straight (they have a ton!). Burgers are big but nothing special and the bread is all squished flat. The biggest bummer is the fries. They look tasty and natural but are dry and chewy like they were rewarmed. Went at 11:20 on a Saturday so it wasn’t busy but it wasn’t worth eating and I won’t ever go back.

While the order was ready to be picked up when I arrived, the interaction with Shanna, who claimed to be a manager, was sub par customer service. The receipt clearly showed 16 ranch dips on the order which was several for each item ordered. I went back to the restaurant and explained that there were no ranch dips in the bag. She shoved 4 dip cups through the window and closed the window in my face. I got her attention and she came back and stated rudely that she can’t give me that many dip cups without paying for them. I told her I had no problem paying but that maybe the menu on the DoorDash app should be fixed to where the customer can be charged for extra dips. She stated that she can’t control the app, which she said with an attitude. I asked to speak to a manager which is when she stated she was the manager.

if you choose to visit sonic, check your bag thoroughly. they definitely forgot half of your order. and dont even bother ordering on the delivery apps, it will be completely wrong. i was delighted when this sonic went up but every time its a total disappointment, saved only by the quality of those frozen pretzels.

Workers are the absolute worst like all them are 16-24 year old punks who literal think they are better than you as a customer. Order was made Completely wrong and I tried to reason with the on shift manager if you want to call what he does managing. The time I was there he spent more time making jokes about the group of people at the restaurant at the day and when I was telling him what was wrong with my order basically called me a liar and acted as If my order didn’t matter at all and I’m Lucky I got anything at all… I tried to apologize for the Inconvenience and shake his hand and he laughed as if I was less than him …. Completely and utterly disgusted after this visit. Went again the other day and they actually hired 2 or 3 new GREAT workers for real. One in particular was the tall young woman who handed me my food made sure it was good and up to par and completely made my meal for real get this girl a raise! Yall are lucky to of added such a great worker!

My family was so excited this place was being built but it is horrible. Like three times I stopped at the drive thru and none of the food was great. Overcooked grilled cheese, missing bacon on the burgers or room temp food. But about 2 weeks ago was the trip that will make us never come back. 4 orders of sauced popcorn chicken were pathetically sauced, tots were all cold in the center and there was like a back and forth exchange like 4x to make sure all the food was there. Went online and got the most automated we’re sorry response so I don’t believe they really care. Literally jack in the box up the street can handle any of your munchie needs

The food sucks and is overpriced. There are not enough stalls and getting in the lot is hard. They used to wear rollerskates which was cool at other ones I have been to which was cool. They also don’t have the full menu that other Sonics do. I thought I would like it and was excited for it to be here but the food is horrible and overpriced. Why do they think they deserve a tip when it’s just like ordering at a counter and it’s not like they continue to serve you like wait staff do.

The bacon was like eating burnt oil no flavor in the breakfast burrito except the burnt odd flavor. I took one bite and couldn’t swallow it I spit it out right away. The tater tots were dry and greasy with some odd not right flavor. Both my boyfriend and I tossed the order into the garbage ️. The food part however the one was the strawberry cheesecake milkshake that was damn good. So food no go. Drinks delicious.

We’ve definitely learned not to park in the stalls. Went on Friday and it was not that busy, but our order of 2 slushies, a shake and a blast took forever. After 30 minutes we asked where things were and were told they were on their way. 15 minutes later we went to the window, where we found that the order had been sitting there so long the shake and the blast were liquid. Had to ask to have them remade. No apology at all. It should not have taken an hour to get 4 cold items. The drive through line moved at a normal pace and several cars parked after us and left before us. For the number of people working here the service could be a bit faster. There is no sense of urgency from the majority of the staff.

Its been months. Its now to the point where you are better off making the drive to the Marysville location to get things right. Drinks and tots are now missing 20-30% on average.
