My friend and I didn’t want to eat in the car and it was nice that we had the option to eat inside unlike the one in Hayward. It was your standard fast food meal. The food wasn’t bad or great. It was enough to fill up during our drive from Humboldt to Alameda.

It was kind of strange and a bit impersonal not seeing who took my order. The double burger was OK. Kinda reminded me of a burger that I would get at a gas station, but, i didn’t hate it. The tater tots were crunchy tasty but the fries didn’t do it for me. The service was good. The employees friendly.

I had the worst experience at Sonic Drive In in Santa Rosa. I spent $100 and was extremely disappointed with the food. Everything was burnt and prepared incorrectly. When I asked for my order to be re-made, the employees completely ignored me except the one employee who said “not my problem”. I felt like I was completely invisible to them. It’s unacceptable to treat customers this way. I wouldn’t recommend going to this location. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Card readers are down – trapped in drive-thru since there are cars in front and in back. Here’s to a 45 minute wait, not an exaggeration, just for a single cherry limeade. Don’t know why they don’t just give the food to those who already ordered and shut down the drive-thru. Ridiculous.

Got in line at 3:50 pm and waited for nearly an hour for them to forget my fries and only sauce half my chicken, but they remembered to throw a couple mints into the bag. The lady who handed me my bags literally said that’s it, I replied that’s it? She replied yes. The line is so long and the dine-in is closed so there was no way for me to get my fries unless I waited in line for another hour. Make sure you check all your food before leaving. My first time trying Sonic and I’m disappointed, it tasted ok, not sure if I’ll be back anytime soon.

Not a very servicable place. The intercom to order is and obstacle. The food was so bland. Rather go to Carl’s Jr. To get ripped off. The only reason the go is their slushies. Even then, could get better ones at Jack N Box
