Love their milkshakes! 3 star rating because I went through the drive thru to place an order and purchase a bag of ice, I was told they sell ice after 5pm, so I sat for 10+ mins in the heat until 5, went to place an order and purchase a bag of ice and they said they don’t sell ice right now? 3 cars total went through the drive thru while I waited the 10+ minutes. If you don’t want to sell something say so, don’t tell me you’ll sell it in a few minutes without customers and then say you won’t sell it! ‍♀️

They messed our order up like crazy we had to ask for a bunch of stuff they missed at which point they brought out a receipt wouldn’t let us see it and made us pay for half of it again. Even once we got the food it was not good, very icky, literally a dubious meal. Very bad service very bad food (I mean it’s sonic so expected but this was worse). Do not go here, no good.

Great Restaurant, Great Food Overal, but this location in specific is just a mess. Unorganized Team Members, Waiting Time is Unacceptable, ETA 35 Min Wait and I snapped a photo of the place right after I receive my food clearly its empty. Lastly be prepared to show your ID or Drivers License because you wont be able to pay your order, ID and Debit Card name have to match, yeah my Wife and I have the same Name after this situation lol. I had to call my wife at home to send me a photo of her ID to show Proof???? Its a Corn Dog not a Passport Agency!! Ridiculous.
