This was a quick stop to get a frozen drink for the kids. It was not very lit up and the parking spaces to order are too close to the menu. Can’t open the door at all once I pulled in.

Terrible food and terrible service. I waited for 20 minutes just to take my order. Then I sat and waited another 10 minutes to get the order. To top it off I drove off only to find they didn’t give me any napkins.

I normally i do not complain But Charlotte in the drive thru was rude! And unprofessional it seem they don’t enjoy there job her and the other guy she was working with just rude all the way from taking the order just laughing and changing people when we were just trying to order our food. I’m visiting from Utah and went here for dinner with my kids. My son just began eating meat recently and didn’t like the hamburger in his kid’s meal. Ashley the manager replaced it with a grilled cheese sandwich at no extra cost. Thank you Ashley and Sonic for a great experience!

Where did it in the carport for over 20 minutes for them to answer so I can place the order wound up taking and going through the drive-thru nobody would answer wait another 10 minutes there and got fed up and left

The food was good. I love their fries, but they really skimp on the servings! A large McDonald’s fries is big enough for my daughter and me, but here we had to buy two and it still wasn’t enough! It feels like they don’t fill up the fries all the way!

2 cars in front of me and I had to wait at least 10 minutes before I got to the window and a couple more minutes to get food. My chili tots were not cooked long enough, they were hot but soggy. The place was clean and well lit. The cashier seemed to be in a not so good mood but smiled at my joke.

I was taking it Togo and on a bike. They loaded my whole order into 1 flimsy tiny bag bag and it split open and fell all over the road because of the weight of the order that was put in a bag only large enough to put a single item in. Waste of money and obviously they don’t care about the customer when they don’t have enough sense to give you a bag that actually fits the large items you purchased. They are trying to be cheap and it ultimately effects the experience. I don’t want a refund or for them to remake it, I’d rather just go somewhere else.
