Horrible management, and they can’t keep new employees long enough, to finish training them. This Sonic, belongs on the other side of town… There’s better customer service, at a buffet. Evidently upper management doesn’t care about the poor performance that’s consistently delivered, from this location. I live 2 minutes away and I’ll be getting my drinks from elsewhere from now on. Enough is enough. This place has been going downhill, for at least a year now.

The manager Tiffany is the most rude person Iv ever met in the food industry she says “ what do you want”, when you come to the order speaker. When you get the the food window she looks greasy hair a mess like she slept in the store she says “want sauce” She can’t respect her customers enough to say complete full sentences she never smiles and Iv seen her yell or snap her fingers when talking to employees. This young lady had apologize to me for being slow and explain to me that it was only her second day, Tiffany had to yell at her snap your fingers at her and tell her to move faster. I was in no hurry I was not complaining for her to have done that get a better manager!

Apparently when they read the order back incorrectly, they aren’t making a mistake. They’re telling you what your going to to get. Because when I tried to repeat what I actually ordered, the manager came on the intercom to yell at me. When I tried to explain they had made a mistake, she got louder told me to leave.

The outside of this place is nasty I should have known not to eat here my food was cold and hard. Very disappointed and wasted $25 dollars. Take your money somewhere else. Who ever owns this location needs to be fired. The signs were broken, the drive thur has holes in it and over all gross.

My experience was horrible last night . I went through the drive thru . Their was nobody in line and pulled to the menu . Took a while to have someone say anything on the mic. Which is fine even though their wasn’t anyone in drive thru. Then I order a large slushee with nerds . I go to the windo and added a second one at the window my bad it was last minute but being nothing but nice and respectful . I’ve worked in food and I get it,it’s irritating when people order at the window but I was being nothing but nice and was apologizing for it . Then she hands me both slushees . One was EXTREMELY blue . And one was WHITE. I got blue raspberry with nerds for both of them and they came out completely opposite colors . I then had to go home and mix both slushees in a bowl to even out . One had all syrup on top which is why was dark dark blue . And the other one the syrup was in the bottom and only had a little . Crazy I just wanted a slushee and got horrible service never again

Went through the drive through and they took my order quickly but so quick I didn’t even get to finish my order and they had already told me my total. When I tried to add more stuff no one came back on the speaker. Then when I get to the window they tell me they’re too busy and if I want to add more stuff I can’t do it at the window and that they’re too busy and told me to pay and to go get back in line if I want more stuff. All I asked for was another small slushie. I paid for my order but when I actually get my order you could tell it was half a** put together. Looks like this location has really gone down the drain in the last few months.

I don’t know what it is, but every-time I have come to this specific sonic, the food taste really weird. My grilled cheese was basically burnt, the next time I came, it was 11AM, I order a coney with fries, my hotdog was cold, and my fries were so hard I was eating basically chips. For one, if certain foods are not up to temp all that has to be said is “ it’s not ready” versus someone getting sick. The fries were almost as if they were from yesterday a day old fries, they were not warm or fresh at all. It’s always this location too, I never have a problem at the other one so I don’t know, management maybe???
