Amazing food and service. Our waitress was awesome! We walked in ahead of a big group. They may have thought we were with them as there was one person already there staking her claim on tables and directing the 2 waitress around. I thought she might have been a manager. But she wasn’t. She seemed to be demanding all their attention and as people began to arrive after us the customer was adding directing people where to sit and pretty much taking over. More flooded in and we still stood there. Then the waitress, made eye contact and said…”are you with them?” We said no and she quickly got us seated. She gave us a second with the menu and returned with our drinks and asked if we were ready to order. I told her we were new here so we needed a little more time. She mentioned that we would want to get our order in before the big group did. She wasn’t trying to rush us. I think she just realized oh dang, these people were here first and the group kind of all rolled past us and maybe felt bad they’d assumed we were with the big group. Anyhow. We were able to give our order pretty fast and they got everything to us amazingly fast. I know it’s because she must have let them know ours needed to be put in first. She was a great waitress. Very attentive, checking with us and refilling drinks etc. She had a fabulous air about her and made us feel welcomed. I wish I’d gotten her name.

This Sonic store has been very poorly ran for a while in my experience. There is always a very long line in the drive-thru with people not being helped in a timely manner. I pulled into a drive-in stall for over 15 minutes at this location without anyone taking my order before I left! *(The store was not even busy when this happened.)* Most of the employees seem careless. The food quality seems to be very poor here as well compard to any other Sonic I’ve ever been to. No thanks, I won’t be going back to this store.

i’ve visited this location several times, each time i hope it will be better than the last, however i’m always wrong. they constantly give me the wrong items, and never add the inclusions to the drinks that cost extra. i typically wait an absurd amount of time for fast food, at least 15-20min even when i order online.
