Ordered at 1:48 drinks before happy hour and they wouldn’t give the discount but we then waited until 2:04 still no drinks. Pushed the red button and waited……..2:05 they finally answered and said they were busy and would get our order out as soon as they can. We ordered before happy hour started and got our drinks after happy hour started but no discount??? We will state going to McDonald’s down the street to get our drinks…

Service was quick and friendly. Our food arrived hot and fresh too. Their cheese sticks especially blew me away because the cheese was actually melted, which is surprisingly uncommon in fast food restaurants.

Five people in the whole drive up and not one service rep to wait on us. We were there for 15minutes. We only wanted two drinks. Surely, with only 5 customers in the whole drive up parking lot they would be able to take our order at least. No order was taken not even any service.

Stopped here at 650 pm. Pulled into one one of the ordering spots. It took is 10 minutes to decide what to order. Once we pushed the button it took them a few minutes to answer then when they did I started ordering but they wouldn’t respond to me. I moved to the drive thru, we got to the speaker (after waiting 10 minutes in line) and sat there for a good 10 minutes and no one ever even said hello can I take your order. Gave up on the drive thru and went back to a different ordering spot, pushed the button, waited another 5 minutes and when I said one second she said push the button when your ready. I responded IMMEDIATELY I was ready and she didn’t respond. Pushed the button again… waited a few more minutes and finally said forget it and went to McDonalds! Worse service ever! 10 out of 10 don’t recommend!!!

There are a few broken ordering boards throughout the lot. The drive in is wonderful but, the app won’t let you order ahead. Note to IT and maintenance how y’all get them all up and running soon.

I wish I had the time and crayons to explain basic business math and customer service to this team. We used the app to order. They came out to explain that they were out of onion rings. No problem. We asked for large tater tots to replace the $2.99 medium onion rings we had already paid for. They said ok. When they brought our food, they switched to a medium tots… which cost less. I explained that this wasn’t what was agreed to, and they were now charging us for MORE than what we got. Frustrated, I said, “Just bring another small tot to make this a large.” After agreeing to that, he goes in and then comes back several minutes later with $0.20… and says, “My manager says that’s the price difference.” I responded that he agreed to bring us more tots and that giving us $0.20 actually cost his store more than the cost of a small tot. He clearly didn’t understand, said nothing, turned around, and walked away.

I ordered online i get to the window the kids tells me it will be right out I wait a few minutes hes standing there leaning on the window. Drinking is soda i wait 8 minutes later I get his attention where is my order he says I don’t know, let me check bringing it to the window he says I don’t know what happened it was setting back there. I don’t know why they didn’t give it to me. My food was very cold, called and talked to the manager, he was no help.

The person who was working the window obviously hated life. It took us forever to place an order with him, and all in all, it just wasn’t a pleasant experience. The food wasn’t hot, the place was in disarray, questionable at best. Sadly, when your vehicle is taller than the drive-thru window, you see more than you would like. This is the first time I have ever experienced the person at the window stick a metal bar in the window after giving them a debit card. Has this place been robbed before?
