This place is a joke, I’m not even sure how they’re still open. We waited 30+ minutes for my daughters chicken strips. The lady was very sweet and apologetic but this has happened more times than we can count. We also ordered fries and all of our fries containers were less than half full. The time before this I went and they said it would be 50 minutes for food, icream or anything else so I left and when to the one off Quail. I’ve ordered on the app and gotten there and they said they’re out of my food that I ordered and when I asked for a refund they magically got it back in stock. This place is beyond horrible. Today was our last straw we will never go back to this sonic again.

So I actually go here alot and they usually do pretty good with service and quality but this time was just too upsetting seeing how small my ultimate meat and cheese burrito was and the fact that the bacon was semi-warm and basically hard as a rock. I can respect that they were short staffed at the time (there was a sign stating so) but that is no excuse for this poor of quality. I’m just upset with how small this burrito was and the fact that it’s almost $5 just for this mess

Went by yesterday to get a corn dog, strawberry sprite slush and a come and they gave me a lil too much cone…It had the bottom of another cone on the inside of my cone.. I kept wondering why my cone looked a lil different when I got down to the cone above the wrapper. Well here is a pic. This is pretty funny. But I do have a complaint..They didn’t make my cone as tall as usual..Maybe because I had all the extra cone.

They are almost always slow even when no ones in the lot, they use the tracker for your order to hype their numbers to cooperate I’ll bet, considering the last three times I’ve gone it has gone straight to “on the way” and I still had to wait 20-30 minutes. Beyond this the food is kind of sub par compared to the one a bit of a drive away. They used to be rude but they recently got new people so that is better. They have improved some worse things in the last few months but it’s always a wait.

After a long day of work I stopped at this Sonic at 9:30 PM. I knew they closed at 10 PM and figured I still had 30 minutes before they closed. I waited in the drive-through patiently for 20 minutes. I finally made it to the box to order my food and nobody was responding. I assumed the people at the window were still helping the other customers ahead of me. 10 minutes past and they turn the lights out on me and a very rude woman popped her head out the window yelling that they were closed knowing well that I had been sitting there before they closed. I’m usually a very easy-going and understanding person but this just really upset me as this was a total waste of my time. After looking at the reviews, it looks like this is not the first time this is happened. I will never come to this Sonic again.

This place is terrible and should just shut down. They always get your order wrong no matter how carefully you explain your order. The food is always nasty compared to other Sonics. Most recently I showed up with 30 minutes until closing and they said that they were only serving fountain drinks. I will never spend money at this place and recommend that you go elsewhere unless you’re in the mood to be disappointed.

Even with a long line we got through it all pretty quickly. Wasn’t too happy with the fries or tator tots; they tasted kind of old or maybe the oil wasn’t clean. The burgers were great though.
