Absolute horrible service. I ordered a plain ice cream cone and they gave it to me upside down in a cup without a spoon to even eat it with. I don’t know how you could mess that up it’s literally an ice cream cone. Then my wife got the Large Master Shake and it came out with the consistency of water and tasted like milk. It said on the screen Alexis was the guy who came and he was awful. Basically tossed the cone in my hand when I reached to get it.

Im only giving this location 5 stars because of a new worker there. His name is David Z and he is excellent. I use to go here at nights and my food has been terrible, but since David started, it’s been fantastic. He is a very nice young man. Now I try to get my food only when he is there. He should be valued, because before him….. service sucked!

The new special sounded so great and this place is right by my house. I rarely do reviews and actually work in a sales industry but this was unacceptable. Waited 30 mins in front of the drive thru window to receive a complete burnt mess with nothing advertised. The meat curled up after being burnt and then smothered in BBQ- just crazy 🙁 – seems to me like the kitchen staff needs training.

Seriously terrible and extremely slow service. Pulled up at 10:20 and by 11:00 we still hadn’t gotten help after pressing the red button. We talked to an employee, about half way through, that said he’d let the people inside know. Clearly it didn’t matter. Ended up going into the drive through and sat there for another 10 minutes while ONE person was helped. There was at least 6 people who left (including us) that didn’t get anything. When we pulled around there were at least half a dozen people working in direct eye-line so I’m really unsure why it was so brutal trying to get food.

Terrible service — nobody asked me what I needed for almost 10 minutes but helped others in the second drive thru line until I drove up to the window. I even said hello and got a “hold on” but never came back to ask. and got the orders wrong.

This sonic has become absolutely horrible. It took 20 minutes and two presses on the button to even get our order taken. We had to wait another 15 minutes to get our food (one master shake, one hot fudge sundae, and one order of cinnasnacks) truly not much at all. The progress bar disappeared while we were waiting after all the cars in the parking lot had changed and when I pressed the button (a third time!) to ask them about it, all they had to say was “it’s in its way out right now.” We got the cinnasnacks and sundae within a minute or two but still took yet another 10 minutes for the master shake. Do NOT come here if you’re looking for fast service. We did and ended up spending 45 minutes at a fast food place that shouldn’t be more than 10-15 tops.

I ordered 1 combo, nothing crazy.Was there for 40 minutes and still left with no food. I sat in drive thru, was ignored. I Moved to a stall, was ignored. Called the store and they ignored. Finally someone answered and was cut off some how and the call ended. So I don’t wanna say they hung up but it sure feels like they did. I left. I need to call in the morning for a refund. Every time I come here I remember why I dont. Doesn’t matter how little amount of people there are, it will always take a very long time to get your order. Steer away from mobile orders because you’ll need to stay since u payed like me. I also recommend waiting to pay when they give you your order so you can be free to leave if it takes a ridiculous amount of time. Unlike the 7 others I saw leave in that time I was waiting because no one answers the speakers! I’m sure they do it so people can leave. Simply rude.

I went on a Saturday afternoon and it was not very busy. All the food we ordered was hot (temperature wise) and very good. I love their pretzel and their ice used for their drinks. They have sugar free syrups to add to your drink.

I only live a short walk away . It was a nice night so I decided to walk up with my husband. I only wanted a simple order of cheese sticks and tater tots. When attempting to order they stated they were only taking drive through orders . We walked back home to get the car & came back but it was super inconvenient.
