Terrible! I had to order twice because the girl that took my order missed everything but a burger and two drinks..The second order when delivered was not what I ordered. French fries in my tater tot’s and no chili. Bits and pieces of a big ugly mess called jumbo popcorn chicken..I’m laughing now because I realize Sonic is a big Joke! Never again….

Guy that was supposed to take the order didn’t bother to listen or even answer me when I asked why it was coming up as more than it should be according to the menu. (That’s including taxes.) Had to wait at least 10mins for him to even get back to me after I initially pressed the button. I’m not paying extra if you can’t be bothered to explain Why it’s extra. It’s not even rush so there’s really no excuse for such poor service.

Absolutely worst Sonic I have ever been to. Waited at the drive through menu for well over 20 minutes before a young lady spoke into the speaker and asked if I could just pull up to the window to order this is after they all stood in the window and watched us parked there the whole time. Pulled up to the window and made our order with a rude young lady who made us feel like we were bothering her. Looking in through the window the place was so disgusting with Ice cream and old food all over the floor and witnessed employees fighting and throwing things. Then we waited for our food for another half hour while other customers behind us were so tired of waiting they left. So unprofessional and disgusting. We were wondering where the owner was or management. These employees are gonna cost you a business eventually.

The sweet tea was not very sweet and watered down. The pretzel even though it was the beginning of the day was not warm at all and looked old. The cheese sauce was also extremely cold. On top of this it took forever for them to take our order and the lady working this morning was absolutely rude so we have no tip.

We placed a mobile order before arriving. We waited 30 minutes for two drinks. The screen said that a server was on the way, then after about 5 or so minutes that went away. We waited another 10 minutes before pressing the button again to ask, and they finally brought it out after that.

We ordered ahead on the website. Ordered a LARGE popcorn chicken. Pick up the order drove home, found 7 popcorn chicken pieces, where a large should be closer to 16 pieces.
