Stall #5 was out. I realized this after waiting 10 mins, pulling out, going to drive-up window to order and mentioning it. “Yeah sorry about that”. Seriously? Put a sign on the menu in that stall. And fix your drive-through ordering system.

Visited several times, might visit again in the future. Some days orders are ready-to-go with little wait time, and still come hot. Other days it’s 15 minutes in the drive-thru, and they still forget your drink. Besides the service, the food overall is up to Sonic standard, and is a good place to grab a bite on the road.

Beautiful location, amazing service! I was going through the drive-through and failed to ask if they took Apple Pay. So I called while in line and they directed me to the sonic app which was easy to use and after ordering through the app and parking; John took care of me and everything came out quickly! 10 out of 10.

Very frustrated only part of the parking is open. We used to love the view looking down the highway now you have to face the building and the “roof” pours water on the car. Used to love coming here but thinking we may not come back until other side is reopened.

We prefer Sonic over the competitor in the area, but their attention to detail is horrendous. I use the drive-thru, the order is messed up. I use the app and same results! We always mark extra fruit in our cherry limeade. They always charge us for extra. We always either get zero cherries or just one, yet they take our money for extra and don’t deliver! This isn’t a one time issue, it’s been multiple times! Old management, new management, same disappointment

Ordered one drink waited 15 minutes finally ask somebody. Hey can I get my drink? They’re like oh we didn’t get your drink order don’t stop here and less you have 75 years to wait on a drink and I live in conifer and it’s it’s the slowest sonic here in Mother Earth.

After 15 mins in the drive thru, 10 mins of standing at their front door, waiting to get the order fixed, and two credit card charges, I finally left without any food. I called the store to have the credit charges cancelled and they hung up on me so now I need to dispute the charges through my credit card company. The girl in the drive thru appeared to be around 18 years old and did not care about anything.
