My last 2 visits to this Sonic has been disappointing. The first time, I didn’t order through the app and opted the drive thru. It took 15 minutes and the girl refused to give me the happy hour drink discount for my lemonade. I asked if it was an app only promotion, so I know for future reference, and the boy at the window looked at the lady who rolled her eyes and he said, “I don’t know, sorry.” Then when I drank it, it was water with a tiny hint of lemon. I had ordered a route 88 size so I was disappointed that I had to end up just throwing it away. The next time, I ordered my husband a double cheeseburger. They gave us only a single and put a small amount of condiments on it. We both wrote in via the app but never got a response. I mainly want to know if the happy hour drink specials are only through the app. We’ve ordered from here a lot so I’m not sure what is happening now and why there has been a lack of customer service and food quality. Usually we get the woman with colored hair and tattoos who’s very friendly and quick. But these last two visits she’s been gone and it’s been a bad experience.

It took 15+ minutes to get two teas, which had soap in them. I poured my tea into a different glass when i got home and noticed it was very foamy, upon closer inspection the bubbles were iridescent= soap. Not interested in paying for food that will make me ill.

My boyfriend and I just walked to get some ice cream , knowing that Sonic closed at 9pm. We arrived at 831pm and pressed the button. We only ordered two ice cream products, that’s all. Just ice cream. And then as soon as I paid for the ice cream, some loser high school girl who was hella stoned cuz it’s 420, came and told us that they didn’t have ice cream. Like seriously. This sonic is trash. Another time I came to order breakfast for us and I waited for almost 35 mins for two toaster sandwiches and some tots. I didn’t mind waiting then cuz they were obviously busy. But when I have to deal with pure laziness. It kinda makes me mad. Never coming here again!

Broken stall speaker, sent to drive thru despite ordering in app, multiple errors/missing item, went back to stall just to be sent back to the drive thru. Really poor, really slow experience.
