Took a while to get our food compared to normal. When we got it, we did not receive one of our tots so I pushed the button and tried to explain. Eventually they stopped replying from the speaker so I had to speak with a worker directly about it. They were nice about fixing the issue but I had to put a bit more effort just to correct the issue

I arrived and only 3 cars were there. I had placed a simple order of Cheese sticks and a tea. I used the app to place order. I waited 15min after I checked in. I just left with no food or drink. I had to get to work.

Honestly go to another location. Ordered through the app at this location. Showed up on time, and had to wait for about 10 mins for my food. My tatertots were half cooked, cold, and falling apart. I also ordered the spicy steak and bacon grilled cheese. The burger was not only wrong (no steak, no jalapeños) It was haphazardly thrown together with a patty half off one side and bacon off the other. Very disapointed in this location.

Start off with a positive, service was friendly. Hamburgers were way overcooked and dry, fries were lukewarm at best and over-salted. Drink tasted good, but way too much ice; took about 6 sips out of the straw and it was gone.

Not very good service. We ordered shakes. We watched the young lady take our order to two different stalls. You guessed it in this 106 heat our shakes were melted! Gave us only one straw too. This is not the first time we have had bad service here. Don’t stop here go to the best Sonic in town off North first!!
