Manager was rude and they were charging you $11 for popcorn, chicken, buffalo popcorn chicken and they leave it dry with no sauce in it. Where is sonic? I’ve been to do not come here.

Horrible experience tonight. Ordered ahead on the app. Waited over 40 minutes. Granted, it was a fairly big order. Still wasn’t ready and we were forced to leave to make it a ballgame. Another car had ordered two items only and waited over 20 minutes before leaving. Staff didn’t care of the inconvenience. Still waiting on my refund as well.

Not worth the hassle to stop. Waited 15 minutes at the drive thru for them to return my debit card after I was given the one drink I ordered 10 minutes earlier. Several cars were served in the line behind me and pulled around so there was no reason to keep my card. Staff was short and rude I had to knock on the window twice to be served. I don’t care what the owner has to say – this is a warning to avoid this place if you value your time and don’t wanted to be treated like garbage.

We waited around 15 minutes in drives in and no one responded while hearing others get serviced. Later went through the drive thur. While waiting we got our drink that were all larges but got one large. We also see other people get their food before us. As all of this we see the workers standing there doing nothing. Once we got our food that was clearing on the counter it was cold. Over needs to hirer more workers that actually work!

Took over 30 minutes to get our order!!! Out burgers were cold and burnt and super salty. The chicken dinner was burnt had no toast nor gravy the tots were soggy and our fries were salty and hard the bbq popcorn chicken just had one line of bbq sauce. This place is ridiculous kids just playing around talking and on the phone they dnt get the orders right and take almost 30 minutes to get it out and still have to wait because they dnt get the full order it’s not rocket science you work at sonic its not that hard !!!!!!!!!

We went after school to get hot fudge sundaes but the they were out of hot fudge so we got ice cream cones instead. We had to wait a bit since they are short handed. After school they get busy so prepare for a wait.
