Stopped by here for the first time and the young lady who brought my food didn’t seem to enjoy her job. When I noticed there was no ketchup, I asked her if she had ketchup and her response was, “Next time ask for it.” I didn’t realize we had to ask for condiments while ordering food. Usually the servers have ketchup, mustard, straws on them, at least a couple. I was very shocked with her response, but the food was good. She might need a little more training on customer service. At least the cook at this location, enjoys their job.

Went today and ordered a corn dog and small drink, service took more than 20 minutes. The ice in my drink had already all melted from sitting for so long. Went last week and ordered onion rings and instead was given mozzarella sticks. This place is consistently VERY slow and get my order wrong most of the time, not sure what’s going on.

What a mess of a place. I absolutely LOVE Sonic. We order from Sonic probably 4 times a month at least. If you order on the app don’t expect your order to be ready at the time you chose. It’s never..not once been on time but this past experience was above and beyond terrible.

Order is never right. Waited over 25 minute for a single burger and tots and yall can’t get the condiments in the bag too. Being a ex sonic employee I know yall can do better. Thought I’d try again but after waiting for 25 minutes and finally getting my order it was wrong. Management needs to change because if this is an ongoing issue for me there’s no telling how many others are dealing with it.

Very disappointed! I ordered two meals for a friend and I and was so embarrassed with what I was given. I ordered chili cheese fries and was given fries with gold dried cheese. My gravy was so old it was in clumps! I could literally pick it up with a fork. I think our meals were left sitting out for at least 5 minutes. The screen had said our order was on the way out with our server Hope but she came out like 10 minutes later. Overall Very disappointed in this service and how the matter was handled.

Service is poor and speed of delivery of drive thru orders are Very slow….fries old and cold, bun on burger cold. This location has gotten so bad that I will not go there in the future.
