I’ve lived down the street from this establishment for over 10 years. When they first open, they were great just as any business would be. Over the years they’ve definitely slipped into the abyss of horrible customer service much less quality food that they provide their ““ customers. Luckily, their primary demographics is the high school that lives across the street so they don’t care what they eat honestly, as for the rest of the adult world, though there should be some standards like chicken should be soft instead of rock, hard frisbees in their chicken sandwich, or the fact that their burgers, or just made so fast that there’s just slop falling out of it. I don’t know if this is having to do with the buying price point of this franchise or if it’s the lack of diligence by the owners either way I definitely would not recommend buying anything here.

This location made it seem like all sonics stopped selling bags of ice. Apparently, this location doesn’t. The employees don’t know how to communicate simple information without making the customer seem like they are asking an incredibly abnormal question. If you’re going to sell mediocre food, at least hire staff that can answer questions in a normal, professional tone. That, or your employees are that level of clueless and have never been to any other sonic location.

This place is quick to get your food out to you. The workers are always very friendly when they approach. And I’m getting in and out of the driveway can be hard sometimes because of the traffic it’s off of slaughter. Their food is always hot your chicken tenders are really good and they give you the actual whole piece of a chicken tender instead of small pieces like some of the other ones do. It’s a good place to grab your food

I previously rated 5 stars for this location as they used to put a lot of nerds in their slushes. They stopped doing this shortly after my review. Disappointing, but not the end of the world. Today, I wasted almost my entire lunch period from work waiting 40 minutes for 1 drink that I ordered in the app. before I even went there. Extremely disappointed. Y’all can do way better than this.
