Not all Sonic’s are created the same. But I actually mean that. Like some, this one, has smaller spots to fit in which makes it rough with a truck. Then there’s always hassling with the speaker and whether they’re hearing you right. At this spot I always feel like I’m in a shouting match trying to place an order. They misheard me about 4 or 5 time and trust me – I speak clear and concise. That was frustrating. Then the food prep was just meh. My son got they’re equivalent to a Blizzard from Dairy Queen and the medium wasn’t even full. Consistency is key to operating a fast food franchise. Unfortunately this one doesn’t keep up with the others in surrounding towns. However, those surrounding towns are far so I wind up at this one more than I should and it just isn’t great.

Sonic is not nearly as good as I remember it being. I placed an order through the app. Took them longer than expected to let me know an item I ordered wasn’t available. And considering how much time it took, I at least hoped the fries would be fresh but they were cold and tasted like they had been sitting out awhile. Fresh food used to be a given, not something you had to specifically ask for in the past. Doubt I’ll be back

Ordered 2 drinks and one of them was supposed to be a Coke Zero with real cherry fruit and extra real cherry fruit. There were NO cherries in it AT ALL. It is really annoying especially if I’m getting charged for it! Not cool!

Last two times I have come, it takes forever and they screw up a simple thing, a route 44 sweet tea with strawberry. First time i waited 20 mins. Still got it wrong. Today it was non sweet and hardly any strawberry. I love sonic tea. But im disappointed plus paying 4 dollars.

I have been getting breakfast burritos in the mornings. Yesterday August 31, 2022. It was great but this morning on September 1, 2022. I got a 2 bite burrito. I was upset asked the worker what this was she said they went from 3 Oz. To 2 oOz. I used to do meal prep and this barley looks like 1 oz. I would like this fixed.
