Your mobile ordering is always off and as a cook in the food industry I know that either the employees turn it off or the managers do. Last time it was on was over 3 weeks ago. Very disappointing since I love getting my drinks here.

Came and ordered some food through one of the spots. They brought my food out and gave it to me, took my card and came back and said the machines weren’t working and asked if I had cash. I did not have cash and was in a hurry. The man offered to go back inside and have one of the other workers restart the machines to see if that could fix the issue with not being able to take cards. The man came back and told me “she’s not going to restart the machines I have to take your food back”. I’m beyond dumbfounded at the laziness and lack of customer service. My food was literally taken away from me because the worker inside didn’t “feel” like restarting the machines. Absolutely terrible way to turn someone without offering any solutions.

I always come to this sonic and usually love it but tonight I arrived to order I clicked the button and waited , 5 minutes later another van arrived and pressed there button and was immediately helped . I clicked the button again and I was told they were closed and I asked why they were serving the car that arrived 5 minutes after me and they said that they had already turned off all of the lights even tho they weren’t closed and served another person it was a very unsettling experience.

Love the freshness of the food each time we visit. I recently had a terrible visit at a local eatery Nana’s, which is close to this location. It prompted me to truly rate the local restaurants we frequent often. Unfortunately Nana’s does not make the list for reasons in which this establishment has zero issues with. This Sonic provides fast, friendly service and delivers hot food! The one time we had an issue with our order, the manager took ownership and did not blame the customer. This is what a “customer first” business looks like. Other subpar eateries in the area need to take a page out of your book! Five stars to you folks! #MozzSticksOnPoint

I like going here but every day now for a couple of weeks somebody is turning off order ahead on the app so I can’t order ahead this is the closest sonic so it’s ridiculous that I have to travel 25 minutes out of my way to get to another sonic

We have tried and tried again and again to eat here. Me and my husband have repeatedly had our orders messed up. Our food with be wrong or they will forget something. We went a few weeks ago and ordered 2 chili cheese tots and only got one. We called out to carhop as she was walking away and she ignored us or maybe didn’t hear us. We had to press the button and when they finally answered they were rude asking if we were sure that’s what we ordered because they didn’t remember taking an order for that. I told them to come look at the receipt. They came out with the second order and I tried to show her the receipt and she ignored me and walked off. So rude. I even have a picture of an order I received a few months ago that I received with no napkins or spoon for a blast. We only received a straw. I did complain but it was gross. We give up on this horrible location.

17 July 2021 Update: Things are looking up at this sonic. The last 6 or so visits have been accurate and speedy. I’m not sure what changed in there but it’s a drastic improvement. I’ve upgraded then to 3 stars from 1. If this keeps up i will up then some more.
