Honestly they tend to get my order wrong 9/10. They’ll read it back correctly, both during the order and after, but there will either be tomatoes when I asked for none (allergy) or they’ll be missing an ingredient entirely. The people tend to be really friendly, that and the fact that it’s the closest one to me is why I keep coming back.

Literally one person being the cook, cashier, advertising, taking orders, and then walking all of that food out to the car and back. That is too much for one person. I waited approximately 30 minutes for food. It’s not the workers’ fault. They dont have the tools to be successful here. They are only paying the girl $14 to do it all, too. Crazy. Won’t be back.

By far the worst sonic I’ve been to. One time they were out of Oreos and forgot to tell me when I ordered. I paid with card from my car. They arrived with no Oreo Blast and said they could make me another one. I don’t care for other addons. I barely care for ice cream. Then they told me they couldn’t refund it. I settled on cheese sticks around the same price. It’s always slow service there. Feels like there’s only one person working.

20 minutes for drinks. 30 minutes for food. Someone also advanced the delivery timer long before my drinks arrived. Forgot the cheese on a kids burger and gave a small tots when I ordered a large. And these kids want how much per hour raise? I will avoid Sonics at any cost for some time. This location gave every Sonic a bad name. Corporate needs to consider a serious unannounced audit.

I don’t come here often, but every time I do, there is an issue. Today, they do not have carbonation for their drinks nor do they have pretzel bits. Last time they gave me the wrong food items. Before that they had a staffing issue and the order took 45-minutes with just me and one other car. Corporate needs to do a massive overhaul on their restaurants if they want to compete. A mistake here or there is fine, but every single time is not acceptable. Thanks for the memories Sonic, but I will go elsewhere for food.
