I got a breakfast burrito. My food was burnt. It had burnt bits of bacon in it and the egg was more black than yellow. Also my flavored teas were wrong. I was very disappointed. The place wasnt even that busy at the time. I guess the staff just didn’t care to do their jobs correctly.

Dang it, Sonic. I love coming here for my half priced drinks but that wasn’t the case today. I placed my order for 3 drinks. That’s all. No slushes or anything. Regular drinks. Also ordered five minutes before I got there. Sat there for ten minutes waiting for these drinks while I observed at least six employees standing around on their phones, talking to each other, and one was throwing a receipt paper roll in the air and catching it. Also employees not wearing uniforms. Interesting. As a former store manager, they’d all be fired for being slow, unprofessional, and honestly, lazy.
