I really try not to complain as I work in a restaurant. I know things happen. This is the 3rd time I’ve gone and gotten a cold cheese burger. Today was my last. I got no receipt. Another cold burger and I tried to eat it at first I did. Stuff is not being rotated, first in first out. It was soured. Just rotted. This is the kind of stuff that’s gonna make people sick. Receipts at sonic are supposed to come out with every order. I wish I had gotten it, I would get my money back. Kids don’t understand how serious this can be in a restaurant. I can’t go back to this one. NOPE

I don’t know why I keep taking my chances with this place, but I did again for like the third time in 2 months. First two orders had cheese sticks, they were horrible, the cheddar peppers were okay. My last trip, last week I ordered a snickers blast and it tasted like cleaning chemicals and my husband’s chocolate shake tasted like burned cigarettes and hair. Has anyone noticed Lumberton food places are going downhill?

If I could give 0 stars I would. Over the last 3 trips to this location I have had my change withheld as the carhop expected a tip without asking if I wanted the change back. The second time the order was incorrect and cold. This final time was truly irritating as they never put in my order (and there were no other cars) so I sat for 20 minutes without knowing. They have time to smoke and joke around outside while there’s people waiting on orders but not enough time to actually put it in. Definitely not worth the trip, I will be going out of my way to go to a different location across town.

I ordered the footlong chili cheese coney with extra chili and cheese. When I got my order, there definitely was no extra chili and cheese even though I paid for it. Went back a couple of days later, the same thing. I expect to hardly see bread when I ask for extra. Why am I paying for extra if I’m not getting it? Too afraid to send my food back, no telling what they will do to it.

Quite possibly the WORST Sonic I have ever been to. The teeny-bopper at the window (I’ll refrain from sharing the name that’s on my receipt), should not be in customer service. She was very nice until she forgot half my order, and I asked for it. I was charged for a large meal, but I received a small. Normally, is not a huge issue, but $18 for ONE meal and a cup of ice leaves me questioning. For $18 for a #8, you could be nicer. We will not be returning.

Ordered cheese stick and coke on the app 10 min before i arrived when i arrived the app would not let me check in so i checked in on the speaker.. everything was good 10 minutes later i asked the car hop to check on my order. 7 minutes later i received my order drive off headed to work half way there dtick my hand in bag to get cheese stick and guess what no. Heese sticks there wzs a burger in bag. This is unacceptable costumer service.
