I don’t know if there was a new cook or what, but the onion rings we received were a tad overcooked. We sent them back and the 2nd batch was not burned but soggy. We threw them away.

This place has been going downhill for years!!! I don’t remember the last time I was there and actually received a FRESH hot burger the way I order it!!! I ordered a #1 with no onions or tomatoes add bacon with ketchup and chili cheese tots with a root beer… easy enough right??? It’s 745 pm and I’m the only one there so I really don’t see why I get my food and there’s no bacon. I’m definitely charged for it on the receipt though!!!! I press the button and tell them I want a refund on the bacon that I didn’t receive. She said we can make you bacon and bring it out to you. I repeated that I wanted a refund because I’m not assembling a burger in my car when they should’ve done it inside before bringing it to me!!!! The burger was gross!!! It had a foul taste to it like it had been sitting out all day and the lettuce was soggy. The cheese literally just sat on the cold meat!!!! My tator tots definitely had been sitting out for a while because they was like mini bricks and tore up the roof of my mouth!!!! Its really not hard to give quality food but for some reason sonic just can’t get it right!!! My dog enjoyed the my $11 meal so at least somebody was happy!!! The root beer was excellent though!!!!

So glad they finally got most of the stalls working again after the storm damaged them. Also glad they hired more staff. The food has definitely gotten better, as well as the service, overall!

Online is always down for this location always! Food is alright they mess your order up around 30% of the time based on the last few months but they will fix it if you can be bothered to do so. Customer service is alright it’s no Chic-Fil-A but no complaints on service.

Two separate times I’ve had to wait 10+ minute after checking in a mobile order and seeing the “_____ is on the way with your order”. And this time my Dr Pepper with cream tastes like cream with a dash of Dr Pepper. It’s gross.
