My partner and I went for lunch this place was much nicer then I expected great atmosphere more like a upscale restaurant. Plenty of tables and huge booths. The Cajun and beach decode was really fun to brighten the entire place. They had a big bar in back with beer and spirits would recommend and will go back for the boiled bowls and try the gumbo….enjoy Lain see y’all next

This Sonic is horrible. Every single time I come here I’m reminded of why I try to avoid it. The service is ridiculously slow. I always order on the app ahead of time which is supposedly faster yet I always end up waiting 20+ minutes for my food. Tonight I ordered 2 blasts and it’s going on 30 minutes I’ve been waiting. There have been a few cars coming and going but by no means are they busy. 0/10 do not recommend this location unless you have the patience of a Saint.

Brought us a completely melted strawberry milkshake. Customer restroom is locked and you have to ask for a key. Instead of bringing you the key so your child can go to the restroom, they just start serving other customers instead. There are other options nearby with restrooms and milkshakes that aren’t completely melted.

Waitress, bless her heart, she was trying her best but she was new and nervous. Then a gust of wind hit and blew one order right off of her try. Wasn’t her fault. I ordered a #11 small, which was 3 piece chicken strip, texas toast, 1 onion ring and a sweet tea. My order, I had 3 tiny chicken straps, no onion ring and unsweetened tea. Because of this I gave 4 stars.

Worst service we’ve ever had. Answered call light but never came back. Bell hop after 15 mins finally took order and after everyone else in line and stalls had left we get our order minus any sauce, ketchup etc. Some food was hot some was not . It took over 30 mins to get this semi bad food . I had to get out of car to get sauce and manager and others were all on their phones !

Went to sonic for $1 chili cheese dog special & they said they ran out! So I ordered 3 footlongs instead & paid $15 for 3 footlongs…got home & opened them up & there all the regular chili cheese dog weenies in them….so basically they look you right in the face & lie! I will never be back!

Either this sonic needs to be shut the hell down or needs new management/ownership. Takes 40min for food to be given. They never have nerds for their drinks. Rude and snobby people,vant even greet you when they bring your food. Hire new people cause no. I rather go to another location from now on.

Everytime we come here we wait a really long time for someone to answer to take the order and to get our drinks. I can understand if they’re busy but today there were only 4 cars. We waited about 10 mins before we got to order our 2 shakes. After about 15 mins, the truck that pulled up next to us and ordered got their order within about 8 mins after that. We asked the hop who delivered it if they had our order since we place it way before the truck and it was only 2 shakes. The kid, chewing on a slobbery straw, shrugged and said he didn’t know what to tell us. My husband asked if he can please go check so he went in and came back with two watery shakes, hands them off and walks away before we can say anything. They really need better time management and to train their hops better about customer service and a health standards (chewing on a slobbery straw while carrying food and drinks isn’t sanitary). We will be going a few mins further down to the other Sonic from now on.

They have started to be the worst. Shouldn’t have to wait 45 minutes for a pre ordered meal at any “fast food ” resteraunt or drive in. They are always out of stuff as well. Used to be my go to for a quick drink. I’m diabetic and if trinity isn’t there, alot of times I get a sugared drink instead of the diet I ordered. I was reading reviews and they keep having responses to call and report. Guess what, I do call and report and it hasn’t gotten any better. I live right across the highway and will now drive right past it into santa fe if I want sonic. Actually though Wendy’s has now become our local go to.

Just left this location where the Manager claims she personally made my 1/2 sweet 1/2 unsweet tea and refused to correct it because she knew it was right. It was 100 % unsweet. I was told it must not have been to my liking but it was correct. Corporate office has been contacted for a formal complaint. I won’t be back to this location.
