This is one of the slowest places ever and 50% of the time your order will be messed up. More than half of the time the employees have an attitude or just hostile for no reason. They have also started to close early. I went to order food around 9:40 and they said they were closed although they close at 10. Even on a Monday where the hours say they close at 11. They even had a customer before us and still didn’t serve us. Also waited for two drinks for like 20 minutes once. 0/5 stars honestly

Update: The girl was nice who brought out the order, but our drinks were extremely watered down. I got the Cherry Limeade and my husband got the Limeade slush. Mine had no fruit in it – no cherries, no limes, nothing! Then I got the pickle fries – and got no ranch. Also, no napkins were given, which was a pain. Won’t be back to this location!

Worst service EVER. There is a sign that clearly states for the drive thru that if the line is past “this line” to order from one of the pull up speakers for faster service. So I backed up and pulled into a spot, pressed the button, sign said red button activated. 15 minutes later….still no person taking my order.I can clearly see a person in a black shirt (management) standing around inside doing nothing. Car next to me, no order either. BUT a guy pulls up to a speaker 15 minutes after me, presses a button and immediately someone is talking to him. What a joke. But not surprising. We always have bad service here. This is the absolute worst sonic in Chattanooga hands down. I’d suggest going to any other location but this one. Total waste.

This is fast food, so that being said. Sometimes a place is so fast and my burger looked more like the picture than any other burger place. Vegetables were fresh and plentiful. Meat was hot. It really was a tasty burger.

First let me start by saying that everyone is entitled to their own opinion so here is mine. I think it’s sad how SONIC BIG BOSSES treat their employees who dedicated themselves to this store. I believe that they set BRADLEY up for failure. He never received proper training in any position GM OR CO-MANAGER but he didn’t give up. He was there faithfully. He even would go pick up co workers and take them home for those who needed a ride no matter what time or how far GE DID IT. I have been there many of times when other employees called in and he would still do his best and keep going all by himself. Instead of getting him more help they left him UNDERSTAFFED AND THEN FIRE HIM!!! So there’s the real story instead of everyone complaining about the staff!! They did what they could with WHO ever showed up that day for work. But they still have a job!!! Something wrong there!!
