Completely horrible location. I order ahead and still had to wait. I order 2 grilled cheese double burgers the Not only was the Pattie’s burnt but my double burgers was only singles. My shake had no churro and no cherry. My husband didn’t have a cherry had hardly any at all. Didn’t find all this out until we drove all the way home Tried doing a survey but sonic didn’t have a survey. Tried calling the location but no answer. Will never order through the sonic app again because it is inefficient and ineffective.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place has become horrible. You’ll sit in the drive through for 30 minutes before someone even answers. I just sat at the drive through and no one answered to take my order.I drove up to look into the place and all the workers are chilling, eating and drinking with not a care in the world.

Terrible, I ordered TWO shakes and I timed it, it took 37 MINUTES for two shakes, and there was no-one else there, just a bunch of lazy workers, the icecream was gross and melted clearly left on the counter all that time get your ice-cream from the DQ down the road.

I advise no one to come here whoever is running the drive thru is rude. It took too long for me to get a simple order I asked for cup holders I was cutoff from speaking. Just go somewhere else

This is the 3rd time we had attemt to use the app it was unavailable. They will not give any discount for the inconvenience. Plus it took over 10 mins for us to get our food.

Normally come here all the time. The daytime staff are fine. Excellent service. These young girls at night so rude. They need to change their attitude cause if I pop off on them then what ? Don’t come to my car with an attitude cause I will give you one back. If you can’t fix your face don’t work in a customer service environment. Stank faces are not cute ladies.
