Drove up to the button and pressed it. They were busy, so we sat and waited. After 15 minutes we moved to another spot. Sat for a little longer, before someone came on. Worker over the radio was terribly rude and seemed to not know how to work her tablet on the other side. After ordering, sat for even longer with nothing. It was OK. They have slid downhill in my opinion when it comes to their food. I don’t know what they are doing differently lately but it just isn’t as good as it was earlier this year. I was disappointed the last couple times I went. I think I’ll wait a couple months before I try again.

On December 5th, in the evening I went to order dinner for my family of 5. I have went numerous times before and they have always got something wrong on my order, but the crew this evening got everything correct and I was very pleased. We live 2 minutes from this sonic, thankfully not for much longer…. Every single time we have ordered online or at the stall they always get our order wrong. For example, my husband is there for the second time this evening because they did not give us our full order and has now been sitting for over 20 minutes for 1 burger that we paid for and did not receive….then tried to tell him they couldn’t give him the double we ordered but could give him a single…. seriously? This sonic really needs some help as I see I’m not the only one who has experienced this issue…. Do better!

I come here everyday for happy hour and the night service is a joke. 40 mins for 3 drinks is ridiculous. Now on the other hand morning service is great only problem is you need to get some strawberry jam for breakfast. Not very happy with my experience for my local sonic however Brownwood Sonic could teach your night shift a thing or too. Remember customers return when they are happy.
