I had almost given up on this location because every time I would have my son down here I was trying to get a snack pack for months they didn’t have any kids toys so I go in there today and spend about 30 bucks on a bunch of foot long conies and drinks I haven’t had tried my drink yet but let me show you a picture of what’s supposed to be a chili cheese Coney I am appalled I had talked with the manager he said that we’re going to do better he had offered me some things and I said no I just want to let you know about your service but at this point bypassing Sonic for a good extended amount of time till I know they’re under another management or they get their stuff straight because it’s just a waste of time and money. All food should be in unison. And i tipped. And ocean water is nasty. No onions no chilies no nothing on the chili cheese footlong but they put it on one but not the others I didn’t ask them to hold anything

Usually the service is great but this time they just wouldn’t bring out our food. We have been waiting for well over 30 minutes and they just refused to bring it out. Eventually we just ended up pressing the button again for the 4th time and they said that they had our order ready, but it was just sitting on the counter getting cold. We ultimately got our food for free but still. Terrible service.

And the employee cannot count money correctly.Empolyer ask do you want to leave a tip because they cannot count the money back. Too, much playing around and not enough getting the orders correct.

Ordered a meal and wanted to substitute the soda that came with it to a coffee, she said she couldn’t do it because there was no coffee option for the meal, so I ordered an extra coffee instead. . . Blew their mind, so I get 2 burnt chicken strips, no fries and a coffee. Never retuning to this particular Sonic.

I made a mobile order with two small orders of mozzarella sticks and a large drink. Paid for my order online. I went to pick it up and was waiting for the line to move up so I could get in line. It took so long I decided to park at the last stall and they would bring my order and I would be out their way. The stall wasn’t working. I called inside and she said she would check me in. I waited ten minutes and no food. Several cars had pulled through the drive thru. I finally call back and told them to refund my card. I could hear someone saying, She haven’t received her order.” The person asked if I wanted to put my name down and come back. I told her no. I don’t want free food. I want my order out in a timely manner. I worked at Sonic and I know the order has a time limit to be out.
