Ordered 4 drinks, It was over hour and half wait, had to tell different carhops what my order was. If I wasn’t so committed I would have just left. Not very organized I saw multiple cars just leave without orders. Will not come back to this one. Carhop said she would be right back with my drinks and waited 10 more minutes. She didn’t so I finally just left.

Got my order wrong and the tots were barely warm I have to say also that even when the fries are hot they’re mediocre at best on the positive side they do make a pretty good grilled cheese sandwich most of the time

Really wanted just an ice cream, left around 8:40 so not anywhere near to closing. Plus this sonic is just down the road from me. Got there and waited 20 mins at a stall. No answer. People who showed up after me got served first and they weren’t pick ups because I heard the ordering. Went through drive through. I waited 10 minutes there. The lady told me to go to a stall. Went. And got told the ice cream machine is broken. What is this McDonald’s?

I placed an order online at 8:07pm. My husband headed to the restaurant immediately after placing the order and I live less than 5 minutes away. He got there, the carhop brought out a portion of the order and then informed him that the footlong chili cheese coney we had ordered would not have any chili on it. He asked to replace it with a bacon egg an cheese toaster instead, to which they said would not be a problem. He waited for about 30 minutes and it still had not been brought out, my 9 month old baby is hysterical in the car at this point. He had watched multiple cars pull up and get their food and leave, watched people in regular clothes and even a toddler going in and out of the restaurant. He pushed the red button to ask about the food and was told “they had to get other people orders out first” 2 more cars pull in, get food and leave. He is still waiting, baby is still crying. At this point he calls me unsure of what to do. I can hear my child screaming, so at this point I’m upset and tell him I will try to call the store and find out what’s going on. I called 16 times, not one answer. A man in regular clothes finally comes up to the car and asks my husband if he ordered anything. This man then walks into the kitchen yelling. Finally at 9:16pm my husband received the toaster sandwich he had been waiting on. However, due to food safety laws the rest of our food is no longer edible. Not one explanation, apology, offer to remake the food (not that he could wait any longer anyways considering our child has now been screaming for an hour and he needs to get her home), a refund or ANYTHING. So now I’ve spent $20.10 on food and wasted an hour to only be able to eat 1 toaster sandwich between 3 adults. I submitted a complaint on the website and to the manager, Courtney, sent her a picture of my reciept and my call log. Neither one of my complaints were addressed.

Waited on 4 drinks, a pretzel, and mozzarella sticks for at least 30 minutes. The service here has gone to an absolute 0/10. If I hadn’t paid online already I would have left. This is not the first time this has happened at this location, but it is the last time I am ever coming here. I watched several cars just leave without anything and I had to ask again for my order and the woman had no clue about my order at all. Apparently the mobile app does not work at this location? The woman who apologized was nice, but I do not have this kind of issue at any other sonic location in town. Something needs to change.

I ordered online and waited 30 minutes prest light twice no came out or answered I saw the same guy go out twice on breaks in that time frame. I wait 15 more minutes till I left because I had to go back to work I have 12 hour shifts as a CNA and I came to eat left near tears in frustration spent 9 dollars only got 3 items. Many people left without food. This is such an awful experience worst one I ever been to

Hands down the SLOWEST Sonic I’ve ever been to. I don’t know why I always give them another shot every few months. A simple slushy or burrito order and it always takes 10+ min.

This location was the best, but it has gone downhill fast. Takes 15 minutes just to get your drink order. If you order from the app and they’re out of an item they can’t give you a refund and will hope you don’t notice part of your order is missing. So be sure to check your order before leaving! Just go to Hobo.

I would not recommend this particular sonic as they ignore people in the bay in favor of the drive through. Only 2 cars in the bay at the time and the other car had to go to the door just to get her drink. I’ve done this job (literally) and I just don’t get it. Or the fact that they just can’t get even a basic order right (past 2 visits). This is my 4th and last try with this place. After sitting with no answer watching the drive thru be helped I left hungry and just disapointed again.
