This place need to be shut down and get a WHOLE NEW STAFF. This was supposed to be a large chili cheese tot, pathetic. Messed my other order that supposed to be a large cherry limeade (slush). But it turned out to be a iced drink, out of my three visit they were all terrible. If you are in a rush please skip this fast food restaurant. Fair warning if you are traveling. Don’t even look at it.

The order mobile ahead has been down for the last several days. I use that often to get discounted drinks. I refuse to pay your outrageous price for unsweetened tea. If I can’t get a discount by ordering from the app, then I go to another place & get food & drinks

Ordered on the app it was close to closing time. I ordered 2 ice cream cones and paid for them prior to pick up. Upon arrival my food was brought out without ice cream I remembered at the last minute and the car hop told me oh yes the I’ve cream machine is not working and I needed to call the 1800 number to get a refund. If I had time to sit on the phone on hold to get a refund I wouldn’t have ordered over an app I went there in person I will never use the app again because what’s to say they won’t have something else the next time and I have to do the whole process of waiting on the phone to try to get a refund issue they can keep $3 and I just won’t be back they should be able to immediately issue refunds if they don’t have the product the customer should not have to call a 1-800 number to get a refund the manager on site should be able to deal with that

This was our second failed attempt at enjoying icecream at Sonic. The first time we waited for 20 minutes after ordering, called to cancel our order, and they didn’t know we had ordered. This time waited 10 minutes while on hold and our fellow customers got soft icecream. We’ve already filed a complaint.
