I’ve never wanted there to be a zero star as much as I do for this sonic. They have never once got my food right like nothing and I’m so tired of wasting my time and money on this location. Absolutely worthless. I never complain because I know they get busy but this is just ridiculous. I have had everything from just tater tot’s and cheese only on a breakfast burrito some how and raw chicken on my burger wrapper completely burnt chili that was not edible and double burgers with one freaking patty. This place just need to be closed or restaffed. They completely lost my business and I will no longer go back to this sonic.

Serously calling the health department … they know very well they did me wrong after waiting 30 minutes for my food. And then getting a small VERY STIFF fries, I waited for my other food to be out those small fries were stiff too. (Fries on the bottom) I didn’t want to bother since there system was down. I went to another sonic and got a medium fry which is the ones on the top of the picture!!! I went back since wasn’t happy eating and they still took more then 10 minutes to replace my fries… I was so nice and patient.. and Im just upset, I was really craving sonic.

Awful location. Don’t go to this Sonic! Food was not fresh as you can see these tater tots are burnt plus they tasted like they were cooked in old oil. The rest of the food was the same.

Sonic Drive-In is a great spot for a quick, satisfying meal on the go. The food is delicious, the service is friendly and efficient, and the prices are reasonable. The classic drive-in vibe and carhop service add to the fun and nostalgic atmosphere. Highly recommended!

I had an UberEATS pick up. Waited 20 minutes before anyone answered the screen. As I was waiting, several other cars came after me got their food and left before the server came out just to tell me they didn’t have my order in their system.

Came by tonight to get some ice cream. Waited 15 minutes before asking and told it would be right out. 5 minutes later asked someone else walking by. Finally someone told me they had to replace the ice cream… or something along those lines. I was so annoyed at this point I just left. Paid $6 for nothing but a waste of time. Never going back

The entire time I was trying to order the “manager” was having a LOUD discussion with another employee. So loud the girl could hardly hear my order. I had to repeat it several times & then it still wasn’t right. They came to my car TWICE to verify my order too. Then she forgot to take my payment so I had to call her back. Also I didn’t get straws but we just sucked it through the lid because by that time I was over it. Sonic on Kemp Street is absolutely the worst. At one time I was a daily customer. Not feeling it anymore. Another time I called that location to see if I could order ahead because of limited time. Boy who answered said you can drive up & order when you get here I’m too busy to take orders now. I wondered the difference in his busyness from phone time and drive up time. I know I know, it’s old school outdated to expect customer service.

Staff is notorious for ignoring call buttons and making dashers wait. This is the second night I’ve been to this location and they would only help the vehicles that arrived after me. Employees are always rude and they smoke weed and drink alcohol while working. This place is extremely unprofessional and has some of the worst customer service in the fast food industry. (And that really says a lot)

::WARNING!! Per the employees, always check your order before leaving or taking a bite! It is almost guaranteed to be wrong!:: We apparently made a terrible mistake coming here. We ordered a frito chili cheese wrap that came out soggy, not wrapped, and a total mess. Instead of immediately complaining like we should have, my daughter tried to make the best of it. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich that was confirmed on the menu. When my sandwich arrived, it was the regular chicken sandwich size but the slider toppings. I called back to ask for it all to be corrected. They recognized the sandwich was wrong with the excuse it wasn’t wrung up right (which it was), but since the burrito order was “correct,” I was told to complain to corporate. Looking at the burrito again to determine why it was so soggy, we realized there were no Fritos. After pointing that out, we got chastised for having eaten it if it was wrong. (She only managed two bites!) We didn’t know what was wrong until biting into it! It’s not immediately obvious that there would be such a key ingredient missing in a Frito wrap. I was told they have a new cook and are always getting new employees, so you are supposed to check your order before you ever leave or even bite into it. She had a horrible attitude and made it sound like we were at fault for even trying to eat their mess. It made me really uncomfortable to even have them remake our food as it was very clear they didn’t know what they’re doing and basically said to expect it to be messed up. When the “corrected” order came, it wasn’t soggy, but it was cold (probably to keep it from being soggy), and was missing the onions we had ordered. This has been one of many aweful experiences at the Sonics in Wichita Falls. I can not recommend any of them in this town.

We pulled into a stall, and pressed the red button. They asked us to wait a minute, and then never came back. I tried to order on the ap as we waited. Twenty minutes later, the ap wouldn’t work and no one ever responded to take our order. We left.
