We have really only gone in the evenings but this location has been impressive. We have a large family and they always seem to get our order right along with all the condiments. The food is hot and fresh and the carhop is nice! Keep up the good work, everyone.

This place needs to reground in customer service. They are not equipped, mentally, to handle busy periods. The customer service, from the manager to the car hops is horrible. We recently visited on Sunday every areoun 7:45 and received our food, requested an additional item and waited and waited and waited. Thinking they had forgotten, I pushed the button to ask about the item, only to be met with the snarky attitude from the manager, telling me that everyone elae was waiting on their order. I told her I understood but we we’re only waiting on a toy, not food. Again, replied rudely. A young girl brought the toy and I asked to speak with the manager who came out aftee anout 10 minutes. I negan to explain to her that the customer service and disrespectful manner in which they were dealing with customers was unacceptable and her response was “ yeah and now my customer service is even worse because I’m out here talking to you”, them she turned and walked back inside. I called to make a complaint and she sent a young boy out to give me her card, which at rhia point I did not want. I threw the card on the ground, he saw it, picled ot up and made a comment. I was speaking to corporate so I didn’t hear him nit my husband did. They were exchanging words when I heard the kid say “b” word and “all of this over a f(;;&&) toy. Then he threw is headset on the ground along with his money pouch and proceeded to walk towards my car. This was a big mistake as my husband was getting out to keep him from coming to our car. Our 4 year old and 11 year old had to listen to his filthy mouth. I drove off as I was still speaking with corporate. They may have been short ataffed but Sonic should invest in Customer Service training for everyone, including managers. Is it good customer service to have your customer wait on something that can easily be dropped off with any order? Again, not the issue here as we didn’t mind waiting, we did mind the profanity in front of our children, the aggressiveness of the young man, which was simply ridiculous and the overall horrible customer service and complete absence of professionalism and leadership.

Whoever the cook was tonight, bravo. Service was quick even when they were busy. And this fast food meal was one of the better I have had. Also our order was 100% correct which doesn’t happen often for me when eating out. My fries and chicken sandwich were very yummy too.

Wait I can’t give a 0 star? Really need to on this one. They must of used motor oil instead of grease to fry food tonight. That literally was how black and gross our food showed up. I will never ever order from or go to this location again. Really sad to see that their employees are this untrained and unprofessional to send food out like this. Im not even going to feed this to my dog it’s going straight to the trash can…

Ordered a Supersonic breakfast burrito with no tomatoes. When i got home and started eating it i noticed there was no meat in it. Went back to sonic and said i needed one wit meat. The car hop brought it out and said here’s your burrito with no meat. I told her please make me one with meat, its not that hard. They blamed it on having new people in the kitchen. This Sonic has been terrible in past year. It seems that everytime i order something is wrong.
