Well to start off my girlfriend and I pulled into the booth and pressed the red button for service. We’re new to the area and our first time at this Sonic. Usually within a minute or sooner we are acknowledged. Here we waited and waited. We wasn’t sure if it was broken or something so we started pulling off. Finally someone came over the speaker. My girlfriend was placing the order and the person on the other end sounded kinda rude. We get our orders placed mind you it’s practically dead there for a Saturday night other than a couple of other customers. Five to ten minutes pass and we’re all still waiting for our food. Others start showing up. I’m like are they killing the cow and pig since it’s taking forever?? Then a worker came out and informed us there was no bacon for my double cheeseburger. Another few minutes pass and we finally get our food. We had the nastiest cold brews. Tasted like straight up creamer was dumped into the cups. My burger wasn’t good. No ketchup for my tator tots. They barely had salt. I would NOT recommend going there.

Ordered 5 drinks online. Checked in waiting over 20 mins pushed the button to see if they were ready, they told us to just wait rudely!!!! the car hop brought out our drinks on the tray with no drink carrier set them on the table, knocked them over, apologized for not marking them. Parking lot had lots of trash!!

Stopped in to pick up a couple drinks I had ordered ahead on the app. Still had to wait almost 15 mins for 2 Rt 44 sodas. Went back a second time a week later, again pre-ordering on the app. Arrived, checked in, and waited over 15 minutes this time before the manager sent out a carhop to tell me that they didn’t have half the we ordered even though they were advertising it. Then spoke with the manager to cancel our whole order and try to get a refund since we were now running out of time on lunch break and had to get back to work.

Waited for 5 min at one stall and no one answered then drove to the other side and waited another 7 min for someone to answer only for them to tell me to hold on. This is ridiculous! If yall are that busy there should not be an employee outside smoking. There are people screaming “hello” in cars next to me because no one is answering the headset. Being a manager of a neither restaurant chain yall should be embarrassed.
