They don’t even deserve 1 star! Waited 20 minutes on a kids meal and 2 employees were out FRONT smoking on the benches guests eat at. I had to walk inside to get my order that had been sitting there. I would be embarrassed to be the owner of this establishment. You’re better off driving down the road to the other sonic.

I’ve never had a worse experience at a sonic. Waited 15 minutes at the speaker and never got answered. Finally backed out and went to drive thru line only to sit and wait another 20 minutes for food. When I got my food it was cold and disgusting. My entire sandwich was covered in sauce. Even on the outside. There was a single giant CHUNK of brown lettuce and the tomatoes were completely hanging out. It had 3 tiny bits of bacon on it. The car hops were completely lost and had terrible customer service. Absolutely terrible experience all the way around.

Terrible customer service. Especially a young short, black kid with dreads. Super rude. They never get the orders right, they take for ever, the slushes are almost all liquid, no ice, not frozen at all. The other day I went and they forgot some food, I hit the button and TWICE they hung up on me when I asked for them to bring it out. So I waited for the kid to come out and called for him. He deliberately ignored me & walked right past me. I honked my horn and he ignored me. It was rude, disrespectful and deliberate. That boy needs to be fired immediately. That’s not how you treat customers. Anytime I go in the afternoon or evening it is TERRIBLE! Corporate needs to fire some people!

This is the third time I’ve been to this sonic, and after two times it’s not just a coincidence. It’s extremely slow, but mostly the food is terrible. Our onion rings and cheddar peppers today were dark dark brown. The onion rings were so hard it was like they were cooked 3 days ago and stayed under a heat lamp. The chili tasted… off, to say the least. I can’t believe my family spent $40. Never again. I only gave two stars because the car hop was sweet.
