Wow guys, that place is a train wreck… Sonic must really be struggling. Honestly, we quit going to Sonic several years ago, but for an occasional Master shake. My wife had a gift card, it’s the only reason we went. I won’t eat @ Sonic again if you paid me to.

I received a wrong order and I told them to give me a refund because I was rushed to go to an appointment, they said they dont give refunds. How do you mess up something and when the customer ask for their money from their mistake the money isn’t refunded? Fast forward 4.1.2023. I order a blast with the toppings. They came out with a melted watery blast with candy on top. I was told they just cleaned the machine. The common sense thing to do is let the customer know so you can order something else or go elsewhere. I’m done at this point. They are only good for a cup of ice at this point. They make way too many mistakes.

Just did the drive-thru, so can’t say much about the atmosphere. Got 5 BLTs (& 5 fries) to take to my in-laws for lunch – they were delicious, as always. When the cashier told me it was $35 & change, I was a bit startled. But, really, it’s a pretty fair price for 5 GOOD sandwiches plus French fries!

Went to this location for some breakfast burritos. Ordered six, it’s summer, kids home. Burritos were soggy first off. Then the large milk shake my daughter ordered tasted moldy. I didn’t get the correct receipt so I couldn’t do the feedback survey cause I don’t have a receipt I can see the store number or check number. It was a very disappointing experience,wish we stuck to the plan and just went to the donut shop. Sonic is going down hill fast,but this one is not a good location. Maybe for drinks, but the breakfast was just a waste of money. Ewww is really the only word that covers this experience.

How can a restaurant be so consistently terrible, waited in excess of 20 minutes at a stall for someone to take my order, then got fed up and took the drive thru, but unbenonst to me, it took another 10 minutes

They were busy when I went. I waited approximately 20 minutes. I ordered a chicken sandwich and when I got and took a bite it was raw on the inside. I tried calling them but no one answered and the voicemail hadn’t been set up.
