The screen was broken in the stall I parked in so I couldn’t view my order on screen. Should probably put a cone in that spot or something so customers don’t use it. Food came out fast but when I got home, found that I only received one signature cheese sauce even though I purchased 2 pretzels. Chicken sandwich was so overdone and dry it was inedible. Since the screen was broken the young man who brought my food had to run my card inside to process payment. Came right back out after payment but did not provide a receipt. Big Sonic fan in general but will not be back to this particular location again.

Reliving pleasant childhood memories of grabbing a medium Vanilla Coke at Sonic. Ordered it and was finished in 20 seconds. Opened the lid and realized the ice took up 80% of the cup. Maybe only 2 shots (4 oz) of Coke contained in a medium. It’s been years since I stopped at Sonic but realized it hasn’t been long enough. Not planning to go back to any of them any time soon. The people running the drive through were nice so that’s the only thing keeping it from 1 star. I paid $2.75 after tax for this tiny bit of Coke. Customers pay for results, not excuses or apologies.

i have never written a negative review before in my life- but the service here is ridiculous. I have been coming here since it was built and always leave frustrated because it takes so long. Under no circumstances should someone wait more than 5 minutes at the drive through without their order being taken, not even a curtious ‘i’ll be right with you.’ They are continually understaffed and over busy. Driving ten minutes away to the sonic in keller will save you time. Management needs to properly staff this establishment.

This is the worst sonic around. You always have to wait at least twenty minutes and that’s just for a drink that you’ve ordered online. Don’t tell them that you’re order is wrong because they get real mad about that. Just rude all the way around and management doesn’t seem to care.

The last 5 times I have been at the Sonic here at Tehama Ridge Parkway during the shift around 5pm, the staff ALWAYS gets my order wrong and it is always the same individual, Tall, thin, African American male with braids always gets my order wrong. After I receive my order I just drive up a few feet up to allow others to get to the window so I can check and EVERY TIME I am right. Something is wrong. I then walk up to the glass door and knock so someone can help me. They have me wait and then I explain my issue when someone eventually opens after looking at me and ignoring me. Then they redo the order. Yesterday I did it again and as I am knocking on the door that same guy waves me off. SO I stand there and wait and I guess the manager came out. Nice guy that heard me out and made my order again for me. He gave me a refund for the food. If there is a staff member that is consistently doing this then why is he not dealt with? I am no longer going to that Sonic ever again. PS I am going to forward this to a complaint board.

This Sonic used to be fantastic, not so much anymore. No receipt, didn’t repeat order, asked employee if she had three kids meals, she said yes. Hands is two kids meals, then looks at us crazy when we ask for other kids meal. Oh and we need our juices. Sorry to inconvenience you coming to your restaurant.

Go to a different sonic. I’m so tired of paying extra $ to get a blast the way I want, just to get one that barely has anything at all in it. They don’t care, I’ve talked to mngmt and nothing ever changes- find a Sonic that will actually give you the food the way you pay for it

Well, I’m from Utah and just moved here last week and went to this establishment in a good mood but unfortunately they are the type of workers to say”what else?” After every item you say. Had them make me a sonic blast with oreo and reesses, I actually paid extra for reesses and oreo but I really should have gone somewhere where like a frozen yogurt spot because atleast that way I can give myself some toppings in a substantial amount. Consistently have the same issue at this location. Order ahead through the app, show up at designated time and wait 20-30min+. Food comes out cold, ice melted in drinks, staff always seems to have an attitude even when we don’t say anything other than thank you. We started going to the location of Basswood and zero issues there. Tried it again today just to see if it’s any better and of course it wasn’t.

I’ve been going to this Sonic because it’s close to my daughter’s school. I usually order on the app and check in when I get there. They are soooooo slow getting the order out. I’ve waited longer than 30 minutes before. It’s ridiculous.
