I ordered a route 44 soft drink and 2 ice cream items on the app. I arrived and checked in at the stall and waited a long time only to have only the soft drink delivered and then told that they don’t have ice cream. I was asked if I wanted to substitute the ice cream with something else (like what a burger?). I said I wanted a refund and she said she would tell the manager. it was never refunded. The whole thing was wrong from the beginning: accepting the order, taking a long time to just bring out a soft drink, to no communication during the process, to a failure to refund my money

I went to this location on 8/13/23 to get a couple of drinks and the chilli cheese tots that I like. All the lady said was “what can I get for you?” When they brought me my food after waiting for like 15-20 mins, they took my cash, went in to bring my change, but I saw the man immediately come right back out and say “I just got here I cannot break this, you can order more food to equal to $20 but there’s nothing else I can do for you.” I was furious and angrily handed the food and drinks back and got my money returned to me. The guy walked away saying sorry with an attitude and took everything back inside. I am furious and I felt that this should have been taken care of properly instead of the way it was handled. Highly unsatisfied with this customer service experience today!

You need to fix the red buttons. I’ve tried at 3 different stalls and they don’t light up in response to being pushed. How do you know if they received the request? I was about to drive away and someone finally spoke over the intercom. The intercoms also need to be replaced. Very hard to understand what the worker is saying.

You know the half price drinks on the app all day is awesome. All the different possibilities. Then they give you rewards. That discount food and tasty treats . and some times just flat give you stuff. The cheddar peppers and the pickle fries are awesome with ranch. Two thumbs up sonic.
