The fries were rubbery like they were old & the burger was far from fresh. It was almost like it had been cooked then stuck in the fridge then taken out & microwave. It was the worst experience I’ve had at Sonic. But the Dr Pepper was good. Great service

Went for a bag of ice, their machine wasn’t making enough. Order a cup of ice instead. Server refused, very rudely. Asked her to charge me for a drink then just not put the actual drink in… server refused as well… told me there wouldn’t be enough ice for OTHER customers. Finally agreed to let me order a drink then pour it out myself. Asked to speak to the manager when everything came out. He came out and apologized, earnestly, but I informed him when a customer is paying for a drink, they shouldn’t be refused simply because other customers might not get enough. That tells the customers they aren’t as important as the other customers. Thankfully, manager wanted to rectify it and was very polite and respectful. Hopefully they will train the servers to be the same.

Pulled into a bay and pushed the red button. Note on screen said button had been activated however no one ever came on to take our order. After waiting a reasonable length of time I pulled out and went through the drive-thru. I try not to use the drive-thru when ordering food. I ordered mozzarella sticks, a blast, and a drink. At the window I was given the blast and the sticks, but no drink. When I asked about my drink I was told that there was no drink on the order. I had to wait and re-order my drink and repay. I go to a LOT of Sonics! This one disappointed me!

Idk I keep getting this girl taking my order with a bad attitude and short with me. I’ll always wonder why people take customer service jobs if they don’t like people lol. The foods better than a lot of other locations so that’s cool. They also mess up my orders but thankfully I live close enough by so I can go back and fix it.

This Sonic location has been consistently better than most. Service is quick and friendly and the stalls are clean. The food in Springtown is prepared well and tastes right. Not every Sonic can seem so accomplish this. Thanks for all the work that was put in to make Springtown Sonic a top notch Sonic.

Worst experience I ever had!!! The food was awful!!! They overcharge us for a combo!! Drinks didn’t come with ice and when they put ice they taste really bad!! Wouldnt be surprise they spit in our drinks!! Please don’t eat here!! It’s unhealthy!!

Me and my wife had ordered online for a burger and tots and a grilled cheese and tots and waited and waited and waited and waited until I called they immediately got our food out after a worker there that WAS NOT CLOCKED IN and was wondering around the kitchen with NO HAIR NET OR GLOVES. Making his food! Our food was cold and disappointing. I will never go back here again and you shouldn’t either unless you want food poisoning!

This is the poorest excuse of a Sonic in Sonic’s history. Don’t order a fountain drink as they don’t filter their water which tastes like dirt and regret. Sonic is known for their drinks and it’s disgusting. The food is thrown together in a hurry after it’s over cooked and dry. The Oreo is dumped into the bottom of the cup and it blended into the ice cream with the crumbs sprinkled on top to give you an illusion of Oreo. We gave them several chances because it’s Sonic, we hoped the bad filtered out and people that cared came in. Nope. And why does the beef taste so…..not beefy?
