Went to Sonic at Frank st and it wasn’t busy at all. We got 2 Sonic cheeseburger’s and a large french fries. The burgers were old and dry and the french fries were old and nasty. So disappointed. I love sonic

I don’t do this a lot but this made me so mad so my papa pressed the button no answer ok that fine he dose it again they say can I help u my grandma saids it but they did even hear her so we waited the 10 minutes later they do it again they say can I help u she saids yes she told them they said I can hear u ok try being louder them they came out had nothing to right are order on he ask us how can I help u they tell him he can’t remember then he did he went back done it on the computer and then it all right but 10 or more minutes later came back had are food but they didn’t have the chicken Mill we tell her she has a attitude and said will let me go look she brags back the receipt and it’s not on there okay but we paid $31 and I did the math and what we got was $27 all together not with the food we got

I pulled into sonic and there was only 1-2 other cars, but it didn’t look like many people were working. I pushed the red button and a worker said “please wait”. So I did, until 4 other cars pulled up and I noticed 2 of the other cars order before me. I never got spoken back to so I pushed the button again. I understand short staffed places but I waited about 20 minutes, rather than 5 to get my order that was supposed to be ready at 10:25… didn’t get my order until 10:45.

Order foods to bring home. Foods was is disappointment. It used be good, not this time. Hamburger has no favors, bacon overcooked, barely any lettuces and onion and tomatoes, onion rings overcooked, oder strawberry lemonade, taste like Fanta soda. Never eat those again.

I ordered two of the small Sonic Blast, I waited on my order for 15 minutes thinking okay the busy I’ll give them time no rush 30 minutes rolls around and I’m starting for wonder you know how they forgot about me so I asked a CarHop to you know check on my order and he never got back with me weighted good 8 minutes with my timer on my phone and got tired of waiting so I went through their drive-thru and my ice cream was melted very poor customer service. Need a better management and employees

I ordered on the app and there were 7 cars in front of me so I chose a stall. I waited 15 min and pushed the red button only to be told they had no carhops. I then walked into the establishment to see many orders of food sitting not being delivered to the many cars waiting in stalls. Unbelievable and not at all typical at this location. I understand being short staffed; however, they should notify all stalls to go through the drive through rather than just ignoring their customers.
